Summary of case history,　The patient was Li, male, 37 years old. On March 20, 2020, he visited the doctor because of "neck mass found for 3 years". Three years ago, the patient discovered a right neck mass, and he was treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University,the diagnosis of "lymphatic cyst" was made after relevant examinations and has had surgery.Half a year later, the patient relapsed and underwent resection of right neck lymphatic cyst again in Xijing Hospital. One year ago, the patient's neck mass recurred. For conservative treatment, he came to Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Engraved syndrome: Consciousness, good spirit, normal complexion, fat body, fluent speech, right neck mass, fluctuating, not obvious tenderness, clear boundary, slightly hard texture, subcutaneous pushable, depressed mood, Occasionally distended pain under the flank, sleep well, dry stool, 1-2 days a row, urination, dark red tongue, yellow and greasy coating, tooth marks on the edge of the tongue, slippery pulse. TCM diagnosis: phlegm core, TCM syndrome differentiation: Qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation syndrome. Western diagnosis: Lymphatic cyst. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment focuses on resolving phlegm and dispersing knots, nourishing yin and clearing heat, regulating qi and strengthening the spleen, and has achieved good results. The patient's condition was basically stable during the 2-year follow-up.
