Summary of case history,　Patient Chen (outpatient No.: 1820532), male, 31 years old. Initial diagnosis time: May 26th, 2022. The main complaint was repeated sneezing, runny nose, nasal obstruction for more than ten years, and recurrence and aggravation for two weeks. More than 10 years ago, the patient suffered from sneezing, runny nose, alternating nasal obstruction, accompanied by itching of eyes, nose and external auditory meatus caused by coldness. He was diagnosed as "allergic rhinitis" in "Pengzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine". He took Chinese medicine, Chinese patent medicine, and nasal hormones and nasal drops for external use to relieve symptoms. He sneezed frequently when he came to the clinic, especially in the morning, with clear nose, alternating nasal obstruction, itching of eyes, nose and external auditory canal, hyposmia, dizziness and faint headache.
