摘要

病史摘要,2,青年男性患者，32岁，因“反复尿末滴白1年余，加重1周”就诊，尿频，约1~2小时1次，夜尿1次，伴有腰酸痛，大腿根部疼痛不适，寐差梦多，纳差，小便色黄，大便时溏，舌质红，苔黄腻，脉弦滑。2019年12月在珠海人民医院行泌尿系彩超示“前列腺实质回声欠均匀，伴有钙化灶”。中医诊断　精浊病，湿热瘀结证西医诊断　慢性前列腺炎中医治疗　清热利湿、通淋止痛为主，配合中医特色疗法（中药保留灌肠、传统手法针刺及穴位贴敷）疗效转归　患者用药期间未见明显不良反应，经过2个月治疗后临床症状消失，可认为痊愈。

Abstract

Summary of case history,　A 32-year-old male patient came to the hospital for treatment due to "repeated urine dripping for more than 1 year and aggravation for 1 week".Now the symptoms are increased frequency of urination, about 1-2 hours of urination, 1 nocturia.At the same time, it is accompanied by low back pain, pain and discomfort at the base of the thigh, poor sleep, many dreams, poor appetite, yellow urine, very loose stool, red tongue, greasy yellow coating, and slippery pulse.The color Doppler ultrasound of the urinary system in Zhuhai People's Hospital showed "the echo of the prostate parenchyma is uneven, accompanied by calcifications" in December 2019.
