Summary of case history ,The patient presented in March with recurrent upper abdominal distension exacerbated by 13 years. Since 2005, the patient has been experiencing symptoms of upper abdominal distension, and has undergone gastroscopy in Shanghai Renji Hospital for many times, Chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia (mild) was diagnosed by gastroscopy in Shanghai Renji Hospital in 2009.In 2010, he was hospitalized in Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital due to "antral eminence" and underwent EPMR surgery. After the surgery the patient took gastric mucosal protective agents and gotgastroscopy regularly. However, the patient's symptoms of abdominal distention persisted.Since October 2018, without obvious inducement, the patient's upper abdominal distension worsened and his weight decreased by 5 kg. On December 6, 2018,the patient was diagnosed with Chronic Atrophic gastritis with dysplasia (moderate) by gastroscopy in Shanghai Renji Hospital. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on "Xinwei recipe" to strengthen the spleen and liver, remove heat and dampness, and dissipate phlegm.
