摘要

病史摘要,2,患者因孕25 W+3 d流产后45天，月经未潮就诊。残角子宫病史，G2P0，2014年生化妊娠1次。现入睡稍难，纳可，二便调，口干，鼻、颌下痤疮，舌淡红边齿痕，苔白腻，脉沉细涩。患者因残角子宫导致复发性流产，经过流产后祛瘀生新、复旧胞宫，产前预培其损、调畅情志，孕后培养补肾、益气安胎的中医药治疗后成功生产，为中医药治疗子宫畸形导致的不孕或复发性流产提供一定的诊疗思路。中医诊断　滑胎（气虚血瘀郁热，冲任亏虚）。西医诊断　复发性流产、残角子宫。干预措施　流产后祛瘀生新、复旧胞宫，产前预培其损、调畅情志，孕后培养补肾、益气安胎的中医药治疗。疗效转归　患者于2022年1月孕36+周，剖宫产1子。

Abstract

Summary of case history ,The patient was admitted to the hospital because of no menstruation 45 days after the abortion of 25W+3d pregnancy. History of residual horn uterus, G2P0, 1 biochemical pregnancy in 2014. Now it is a little difficult to fall asleep, nacho, second bowel tone, dry mouth, acne under the nose and jaw, pale red edge teeth marks on the tongue, white and greasy moss, heavy and astringent pulse. The patient suffered from recurrent abortion due to the uterus with residual horn. After removing blood stasis, giving birth to new and old cells after abortion, pre-cultivating her loss and regulating her mood before pregnancy, and cultivating traditional Chinese medicine after pregnancy to tonify kidney, nourish qi and calm the fetus, she gave birth successfully, which provided some diagnosis and treatment ideas for infertility or recurrent abortion caused by uterine malformation with traditional Chinese medicine.,TCM disease ,Slippery tire (Qi deficiency and blood stasis, rush ren deficiency).,Western medicine diagnosis ,Recurrent abortion、Residual horn uterus.,Therapeutic methods ,After abortion, remove blood stasis, give birth to new and old cells, pre-cultivate their loss and adjust their mood, and cultivate traditional Chinese medicine to nourish kidney, nourish qi and calm the fetus after pregnancy.,Clinical outcomes ,The patient delivered a child by cesarean section at 36+ weeks of gestation in January 2022.
