Summary of case history,　Patient, Female,31years old, was first diagnosed on November 3th, 2015.The patient went to see the doctor because she had not been pregnant for 3+ years without contraception and had failed in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer for 2 times. The patient had an abortion in 2008.The couple has normal sex life without contraception for more than 3 years,but patient never got pregnant. She underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in October 2014 and in March 2015, both of which failed. Menstrual pain has been attached in the lower abdomen since menarche. In April 2015, color Doppler ultrasound showed that the patient had adenomyosis complicated with adenomyoma. The patient wanted to get pregnant, so she came to our outpatient clinic.,Symptoms and signs,　The patient is irritable. Mental state is not good enough and get tired easily. Limbs not warm enough and hair tends to fall out.
