Summary of case history,　The patient who aged 22, had regular menstruation in the past, her menarche was at 13 years old, menstrual cycle was 23-25 days, menstrual period was 5-7 days, and menstrual volume was moderate, she felt nothing uncomfortable during menstrual period. More than one year ago, the patient had oligomenorrhea without obvious inducement, the longest menstrual period was about 3 months, and the amount was about 1/3 less than that before. She went to the local hospital, and tested the basic hormone showed that FSH was 58.98 mIU/ml, then she was diagnosed as "premature ovarian failure", and was treated with Climen, but her menstruation was still irregular, and the symptoms was obvious too. Her LMP was at July 22, 2021.The patient was not satisfied with the efficacy, so she decided to seek for help of Chinese medicine and went to our hospital. It had changed from premature ovarian failure to ovarian dysfunction, and the symptoms of perimenopause were relieved.
