Summary of case history ,The chief complaint of the patient was repeated rash with pruritus for more than 40 years, aggravated with exudation for more than 2 months. After admission, complete auxiliary examinations suggested hyperuricemia, hypokalemia, hypoproteinemia, skin infection, breast nodules, lung nodules and osteoporosis.She had been treated with oral and topical hormones and immunosuppressive agent for many times in the past. The recurrence of the disease was related to hormone withdrawal, and the skin lesions showed erythrodermia-like appearance, accompanied by fever, fatigue, chills and other general discomfort symptoms.
