摘要

病史摘要,2,患者毛某，62岁，半年前开始尿频量少，夜尿增多，3~4次/晚，尿无力，尿线细，尿不尽，腰膝酸软。B超示前列腺增生伴钙化。曾服用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊、癃清片、癃闭舒胶囊等药物治疗，效果不理想，遂前来就诊。四诊信息：面带愁容；问诊腰酸，下肢无力沉重，尿不尽，夜尿3~4次/晚，大便调。睡眠质量一般，情绪低落。舌质暗红，苔薄白，脉沉。中医诊断　精癃（肾虚血瘀证）西医诊断　良性前列腺增生症干预措施　颗粒剂：熟地黄20 g，肉苁蓉20 g，盐菟丝子15 g，醋莪术15 g，川牛膝15 g，黄柏10 g，生薏米30 g，黄芪30 g，山药15 g，贯叶金丝桃20 g，乌药20 g，白果6 g，醋五味子6 g，桂枝6 g，烫水蛭6 g，红景天20 g，桑螵蛸10 g，酒黄精20 g。日一剂，水冲服，早晚饭后分服，28剂。中成药：灵泽片，每日3次，每次4片，28天；乌灵胶囊，每日3次，每次3粒，28天。西药：他达拉非（5 mg），每日1次，每次1片，28天。疗效转归　夜尿次数减少，腰膝酸软减轻，睡眠改善。

Abstract

Summary of case history, Mao, 62 years old, began to urinate less frequently and increased nocturia six months ago, 3-4 times/night, urinary weakness, fine urine line, endless urine, waist and knee acid and soft. Bultrasound shows prostatic hyperplasia with calcification. He has taken tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules, Longqing tablets, Longbishu capsules, but the effect is not satisfactory. His sleep quality was general, low mood. His tongue was dark red, the tongue coating was thin white, and the pulse was heavy.,TCM diagnosis, Jinglong; Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Western medicine diagnosis, Benign prostatic hyperplasia,Therapeutic methods, Treatment principle: Tonifying kidney and Qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Clinical outcomes, The frequency of night urine is reduced, the waist and knee are alleviated, and sleep is improved.
