Summary of case history: ,The child was admitted to the hospital on March 23, 2022 because of the positive test of novel coronavirus nucleic acid after close contact to infected case and fever for one day. After routine treatment with Western medicine and antipyretic treatment, the fever did not decrease but increased, and the heat peaked at 42 ℃. Vaccination history: on November 9, 2021 and December 4, 2021, the patient received one dose of Beijing Kexing Zhongwei Covid-19 vaccine respectively. Epidemiological survey showed her parents were confirmed case of COVID-19 during Quanzhou outbreak in March 2021.
