摘要

病史摘要,2,患者周某某，女，48岁，2021年6月7日因“反复左肩部疼痛7月，加重伴活动受限5月”就诊。患者近7月反复出现肩部疼痛，并伴有进行性活动受限，外院诊断“冻结肩”并予口服止痛药物和外用膏药治疗，停药后反复，且肩关节活动受限逐渐加重，为求中医诊治遂至我院石氏伤科就诊。四诊信息：患者左肩部周围疼痛伴活动受限，胃纳可，二便调，夜寐欠安。舌暗，苔薄白，脉弦。中医诊断　肩痹（血瘀气滞证）。西医诊断　冻结肩（冻结期）。干预措施　臂丛神经麻醉下行肩关节粘连手法松解术并结合爬墙练功疗法。疗效转归　患者肩关节可灵活活动、无明显疼痛，可轻松完成日常家务劳作。

Abstract

Summary of case history ,The patient Zhou, female, 48 years old, visited the doctor on June 7, 2021 due to "recurrent left shoulder pain for 7 months, aggravated with activity limitation for 5 months". The patient had recurrent shoulder pain in recent July, accompanied by progressive activity limitation. The patient was diagnosed as "frozen shoulder" in another hospital and treated with oral analgesic drugs and external plaster. After withdrawal of medication, the shoulder joint activity limitation was repeated and gradually aggravated. Symptoms and signs: the patient had pain around the left shoulder with limited activity, gastric nakao, second stool adjustment, and sleep deprivation. Tongue dark, thin white moss, pulse chord.,TCM diagnosis ,Shoulder impediment (Blood stasis pattern and Qi stagnation),.Western medicine diagnosis ,Frozen shoulder (Frozen).,Therapeutic methods ,Shoulder joint adhesion manual release under brachial plexus anesthesia combined with exercise therapy.Clinical outcomes The patient's shoulder joint can be flexible, no obvious pain, and can easily complete the daily housework
