Summary of case history ,Patient WU, female, 23 years old, went to see a doctor because of "felt palpitation, sweating and fatigue for more than 1 month". In February 2020, the patient reported palpitation, spontaneous sweating, general fatigue, emotional tension, irritability, no sudden eyes, easy hunger, shaking hands, weight loss and other symptoms without obvious inducement.
