Summary of case history ,Patient, Female, 18 years old, student. The main clinical manifestation was menopause for more than one year. The patient had menarche at the age of 15, and the period was 50-90 days. The menstruation was dark and light, lasted 5 days without dysmenorrhea. One year ago, she had menopause, and the pelvic ultrasonography suggested that the uterus was small and the endometrium was 6 mm. No abnormality was observed in bilateral appendages. Sex hormone examination showed that "E2 10 pg/ml, FSH 38 IU/L,LH 25 IU/L". As a result, Premature ovarian failure was considered and progeterone capsules were given orally for 6 days, menstruation was not wet.
