摘要

病史摘要,2,发作性胸痛20余年，高血压病史20余年，加重2日。中医诊断　胸痹，气虚血瘀证。西医诊断　①冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病；②冠状动脉支架植入术后状态；③冠状动脉搭桥术后；④陈旧性下壁后壁心肌梗死；⑤心功能不全Ⅱ-Ⅲ级；⑥高血压1级（极高危）；⑦高脂血症。干预措施　中医方选愈梗通瘀汤加减以扶正益气、行气活血、化瘀通脉；常规西药治疗。疗效转归　六诊后随访，患者诉未再发过胸痛，快走后无胸前区不适，心慌发作频率明显减少，得以回归正常生活。

Abstract

Summary of case history, Epistal chest pain for more than 20 years, the history of hypertension for more than 20 years, aggravated for 2 days.,TCM diagnosis, chest bi, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.,Western medicine diagnosis, ① coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; ② after coronary stent implantation; ③ after coronary artery bypass grafting; ④ old inferior posterior wall myocardial infarction; ⑤ cardiac insufficiency-Ⅲ; ⑥ hypertension grade 1 (extremely high risk); ⑦ hyperlipidemia.,Therapeutic methods, Traditional Chinese medicine selects and reduce the soup to strengthen qi, promote qi and blood circulation, remove blood stasis and pulse; conventional western medicine treatment.,Clinical outcomes ,After six treatments, the patient described no recurrence of chest pain, no chest discomfort after fast walking, palpitation frequency significantly reduced, and was able to return to normal life.
