Summary of case history ,Chen,female,70 years old, went to the hospital because of "Cardiac cancer 1 year after surgery". The patient developed dysphagia more than 1 year ago, and was treated in a local hospital. CT examination revealed a cardiac mass. Later, the patient was diagnosed as "cardiac cancer" after complete examination at the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Surgery was performed on June 15, 2012. The postoperative pathology showed: moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis (5/17), pathological stage: stage ⅢA. Postoperatively, Paclitaxel + Seggio and Paclitaxel + Endotherapy were given successively. The current chemotherapy is over. The last chemotherapy date is 2013-6-13.
