The traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis was fox confusion disease， and the syndrome differentiation was Yin deficiency and blood heat， dampness and heat accumulated in the spleen. Behcet disease was diagnosed by western medicine. Because the patients are intolerant to methotrexate， cyclophosphamide and other traditional clinical drugs for the treatment of the disease， and are not sensitive to biological agents， and because of fertility needs， thalidomide， Tripterygium Wilfordii and other drugs are not suitable for use， so the patients use hormones for many years and form dependence. Because they are worried about the adverse reactions caused by hormones， they seek further traditional Chinese medicine treatment. This disease belongs to the category of fox confusion disease in traditional Chinese medicine， which is closely related to the spleen， lung， kidney， etc. damp heat， yin deficiency and blood stasis are its main pathogenesis.
