摘要

临床中脾胃系统疾病由于病因复杂且病程较长，故单纯或寒或热证型并不多见，多数为寒热错杂证，运用辛开苦降法是常规治疗原则，然而如何辨别应用指征，处方时如何根据患者病情进行药味加减、疗效如何均需仔细揣摩。唐旭东教授师承中国工程院院士董建华教授，根据其通降理论及脾胃分治、脾胃合治等理论，在将辛开苦降法应用于临床时有其独特的观点，根据此治则处方治疗除胃痞病外的其他如反酸、嘈杂、腹泻等中焦疾病，均取得了良好疗效。

Abstract

Clinically, due to complex pathogeny and long course in gastrointestinal system disease, there are not many simple cold or heat types of spleen and stomach disease, most of which is syndrome of intermingled heat and cold.The regular treatment principles are the therapy of acrid to diffuse and bitter to descend.However, the problems are how to identify the application of indications, how to add or subtract herbs according to patients condition, and how the curative effect is.Professor TANG Xu-dong, a pupil of professor DONG Jian-hua from CAE, based on the theory of tongjiang and division treatment of spleen and stomach, combined treatment of the spleen and the stomach, has specific views on the therapy of acrid to diffuse and bitter to descend.According to the therapeutic, Professor TANG cured the disease besides Weipi Syndrome, such as sour regurgitation, noisy and diarrhea, which all got good effects.
