摘要

文章回顾总结了在综合医院会诊中，运用经典中医方剂二至丸，三仁汤，四君子汤，小柴胡汤，青蒿鳖甲汤五方合用之“清安汤”治疗持续发热1周以上且原因不明患者的病案分析，方解体会，辨证依据和可能作用机制。讨论了在综合西医院运用中医“围治法”治疗危、重、急持续发热患者的中医治疗依据和应用前景。

Abstract

This article reviewed the use of Qing’an Decoction during hospital consultation which based on Erzhi Pill,Sanren Decoction, Sijunzi Decoction, Xiao Chaihu Decoction, Qinghao Biejia Decoction on patients with persistent unknown fever and discussed case analysis, prescription analysis, basis of dialectical treatment and possible mechanism. This article also discussed treatment basis of traditional Chinese medicine and application prospect of using Qing’an Decoction on critical and acute patients in comprehensive west hospital.
