        摘要：To summarize Professor Liu Wanli's experience in treating colorectal adenoma of spleen deficiency and dampness toxin type. Professor Liu Wanli holds the opinion that the basic pathogenesis of colorectal adenoma is spleen deficiency, dampness and toxin accumulation, Qi and blood stagnation and tumor formation. The main pathological factor is phlegm and dampness,and the core of pathology is the combination of dampness, heat, blood stasis and toxin. Professor Liu Wanli attaches great importance to the identification of patients' constitution. He thinks that most of the patients with this disease are based on deficiency and marked by excess. The treatment should focus on Invigorating the spleen and promoting the circulation, focusing on Lishi Jiedu Sanjie. Self made Jianpi Lishi Jiedu prescription (Codonopsis pilosula, Atractylodes macrocephala, Tuckahoe, Honeysuckle vine, Forsythia suspensa, Cynanchum atratum), which has a significant effect in reducing the number of adenomas, improving the clinical symptoms of patients and preventing relapse, and expanding the scope of treatment of proven prescriptions.

        摘要：Burn is a common clinical disease of skin injury. If not standardized treatment, it is easy to cause infection deterioration and other risks, which seriously affects the life and work of patients. The folk characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of Wu's Dong medicine in Liping, Guizhou has been passed down for five generations. Wu's Dong medicine burn oil, the ancestral secret prescription of Wu's Dong medicine, has a history of nearly 100 years. It can significantly alleviate the pain of patients with various types of burns, effectively relieve pain, reduce scar tissue and promote skin regeneration.

        摘要：This paper systematically summarized the clinical cases of professor ZHANG Lei, and analyzed the characteristics of Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae) in clearing heat and related application experience from channel en⁃try, natures and flavors, functions, target disease or syndrome, and combination of medicinals. Huangqin can clear the heat of half-exterior half-interior shaoyang (少阳), and together with the clear-raising medicinals, it can pass the pathogen to the external and therefore harmonize the three yang. Huangqin can clear the constraint heat of jueyin (厥阴), and can be used to treat jueyin diseases with cold and heat in complexity syndrome by combining with sinking and descent medicinals such as Tianma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae), Gouteng (Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis), Longgu (Os Draconis) and Muli (Concha Ostreae) to consume wind-fire, and by combining with spleen yang warming and ac⁃tivating medicinals to balance cold and heat. As Huangqin is good at relieving constraint and stagnation of the qi move⁃ment, it can be used to treat intractable and miscellaneous diseases together with the method of dissolving stasis and clearing up turbid.

        摘要：Skin xeroderma is an external condition in which Qi, blood and body fluids are blocked and the skin surface suffers from shortage of nutrient acquisition. Exogenous factors such as Wind, Dryness, Fire as well as internal injuries such as diet, fatigue, abnormal seven emotions, old age and physical aging, or any Zang or Fu viscera's dysfunction, invade or damage the Lung, inducing the dried and damaged Lung fluids, the abnormal condition of the going out or going in of Qi as well as the blocked sweat holes. When blood and body fluids cannot be transported to the skin, dry skin would be manifested. In syndrome differentiation exogenous pathogens and internal injuries of the Zang-Fu viscera should be identified first, namely, the nature of the pathogens caused by exogenous pathogens and the location of the internal injury to the viscera should be carefully observed, so as to study the deficiency, excessiveness, Cold or Heat conditions of the viscera. The treatment is based on syndromes such as external pathogens attacking Lung, deficiency of Spleen and Lung, deficiency of Lung and Kidney Yin, Fire of Heart and Liver, and Dryness of Stomach and Intestines.
