- 摘要：Cancerous neuralgia(NCP)is the pain caused by the direct or indirect damage to the nervous system caused by cancer itself or cancer treatment(chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, etc).As one of the common symptoms of advanced cancer patients, it becomes the focus of research because of its complicated underlying mechanism, unclear symptoms, outstanding clinical efficacy and difficulty in breaking through the bottleneck of treatment.NCP belongs to the category of "blood arthritis" in traditional Chinese medicine.Processor LIU believes that the disease is caused by cancer toxin invagination, blocking the meridian, loss of Yang Qi, and disharmony between Qi and blood.So the treatment is based on "dredging" and "harmonizing" as the most important.The combination of medicine is used to balance Yin and Yang and harmonize Qi and blood, which is quite effective.Therefore, by discussing the treatment experience of "warming and dredging Du meridian method" by Professor LIU, a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor, as well as the collection and summary of clinical medical records, taking the typical clinical medical record of "local pain" as an example, it analyzed the delicateness of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the exquisiteness of prescriptions and medicines and the elaboration of selection of prescriptions of Professor LIU.With a view to further discovering the TCM characteristic treatment ideas for cancer pain, it can provide new ideas, new perspectives and new directions for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of clinical NCP.关键词：cancerous neuralgia;warming and dredging Du meridian method;experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine physicians

In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, it usually starts from the liver and has a remarkable curative effect. Professor li yingcun believed that gall disease was closely related to liver and spleen, and its onset was based on liver loss and drainage, with qi stagnation, spittoon coagulation and blood stasis as its signs. In terms of treatment, Professor Li Yingcun took regulating qi, resolving phlegm and eliminating gall and dissolving gall as the basic principles. He often used Dunhuang Daxiegan Decoction as the main pre-scription for clinical syndrome, and formulated the method of reducing liver and regulating qi and blood for syndrome differentiation and subtraction treatment, with remarkable curative effect. 发布时间：2023-08-01 - 摘要：ObjectiveTo summarize Professor WU Shengyuan's experience on treating myoarthralgia.MethodsThrough the summary of professor WU Shengyuan's clinical diagnosis and treatment of myoarthralgia, the characteristics and common evidences of clinical prescriptions in myoarthralgia treatment were analyzed.ResultsProfessor WU Shengyuan believes that the basic pathogenesis of muscle arthralgia is that the deficiency of vital Qi can not resist the evil. The evils of wind-cold, dampness and heat invade the muscle, stagnate in the muscle joints, obstruct the veins and the blood flow is not smooth, resulting in skin erythema and local muscle joint pain. At the early stage, the mainmethod is to dispel pathogenic factors, supplemented by strengthening the vital Qi, and regulate and supplement lung and spleen. In the later stage, we should focus on strengthening the body and eliminating pathogenic factors, and pay attention to tonifying liver and kidney. Spleen is the main factor of Zang-Fu syndrome differentiation and dampness is the main cause of syndrome differentiation based on causes. In the treatment of muscular arthralgia, we should pay attention to the transformation of excessive evil Qi, verify and investigate the causes, and eliminate the evil first. It is emphasized that kidney and spleen-stomach should be paid attention to and the spleen and stomach should be regulated throughout the treatment. 发布时间：2022-11-18 - 摘要：The experience of professor HAN Jie treating ulcerative colitis (UC) and extra-intestinal manifestations from turbid toxin was introduced. UC is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease. Affected by various factors, such as dietary environment, the incidence of UC is increasing, symptoms are difficult to control and easy to relapse, accompanied by a variety of extraintestinal manifestations. Professor HAN Jie has been engaged in the treatment and research of UC for a long time. He divides UC into three syndrome types:large intestinal dampness-heat syndrome, syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency, spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome. Combined with the theory of turbid toxin, this paper puts forward the view of dampness-heat internal accumulation generating turbid toxin, spleen deficiency with dampness-heat and turbid toxin, spleen and kidney deficiency with turbid toxin cementation. Professor HAN Jie believes that turbid toxin can not only enter from the outside, but also from the inside, causing a wide range of diseases. UC is accompanied by oral ulcers, erythema nodosum, peripheral arthritis and other parenteral manifestations which can be treated from turbidity toxin. On the basis of the treatment of UC, drugs for clearing heat and nourishing Yin and removing turbidity, cooling blood and removing blood stasis and detoxification, and removing turbidity and collaterals to relieve pain are added to treat its parenteral manifestations. 发布时间：2023-08-01 - 摘要：Hyperthyroidism is perceived to belong to the category of "goiter" in traditional Chinese medicine.While Academician Tong Xiaolin believes that thyroid diseases are mainly caused by emotional disorders, and present a pathological process of "stagnation-blood stasis-deficiency". Accordingly, the syndrome differentiation and treatment of hyperthyroidism should follow the strategy of "state-target-cause-effect". First of all, regulating the state,that is, to clear away liver fire, astringe liver qi, and expel toxins in the liver to improve the internal environment of the body. On the basis of that, its treatment focus should be placed on "targeting the symptoms", to improve the major symptoms of the disease, and reduce the antibody level. Next, its treatment should be administered on the basis of cause di ff erentiation, namely, an emphasis being given to the syndromes in the liver, aiming to cut off and reverse the disease course for one thing, and to remove the cause of the disease for another. At last, an attention should be attached to the "effect state" of the treatment, securing the unaffected parts in the body. Hyperactivity of stomach fire, stagnation of liver qi, spleen deficiency generating phlegm are the main pathogenesis, and deficiency and excess are mixed throughout the whole process. In clinical practice, Professor Yu advocates the combination of many therapies, such as differentiation of disease location, differentiation of pathological factors and differentiation of physical constitution. He suggests treatment from the middle energizer, adopts the basic treating principle of clearing stomach and purging heat, soothing liver and relieving depression, moving qi and strengthening spleen, resolving phlegm and removing dampness, clearing heat, removing blood stasis and purging turbidity. Professor Yu believes that if obesity lasts for a long time, the patients will suffer from deficiency of both spleen and kidney and turbidity, which is easy to lead to many clinical deteriorated syndromes. So Modified Kidney-Warming Decoction can be used to supplement deficiency, reduce excess, and replenish fire and nourish earth. 发布时间：2023-08-01 - 摘要：Professor Cao Shi-li believes that kidney deficiency is the occurrence basis of lupus nephritis (LN); wind pathogen can induce or aggravate proteinuria; heat toxin is an important inducement of the disease; dampness heat and blood stasis are the main pathological factors throughout the disease. In LN active period, wind pathogen and heat toxin are common. The main manifestation in remission period is deficiency of spleen and kidney. Professor Cao's treatment of LN in remission period pays equal attention to strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors. He not only focuses on tonifying the spleen and kidney to cure the root cause, but also dispelling wind, clearing heat, removing dampness and activating blood circulation to treat the manifestations. Professor Cao believes that the fundamental purpose of the treatment of LN is to keep the collaterals unobstructed, and make good use of insects, ants or rattan drugs to eliminate wind pathogen. Commonly used drugs include Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Quanxie (Scorpio), Dilong (Pheretima), Qingfengteng (Caulis Sinomenii), Jixueteng (Caulis Spatholobi), Luoshiteng (Caulis Trachelospermi), etc. He chooses different drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis according to the duration of the disease and the severity of blood stasis. He does not use the only method of draining dampness to eliminate dampness, but adopts different methods in triple energizer: In upper energizer, resolving dampness with aromatics is used. In middle energizer, dryness dampness and activating the spleen is used. In lower energizer, draining dampness with bland diuretics is used. In remission period, the condition is relatively stable, so Professor Cao treats the disease root by strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney, while tonifying the spleen and kidney for dredging and tonifying together, so that the tonic is not stagnant. He thinks that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is both instability of body fluid and blood and leakage of the heart＇s fluid. Most of the diseases belong to heat syndrome, and they can be divided into deficiency and excess. His therapy revolves around the heart with syndrome differentiation from the spleen and kidney to regulate the abnormality of Qi, blood, Yin and Yang of the heart caused by the heart itself or other organs. Two cases with different syndrome types of the disease are included, in order to analyze his thinking and prescription intention of the treatment of this disease from the heart, spleen and kidney.
