摘要:Based on the physiological functions of heart in traditional Chinese medicine, the diagnosis and treatments were discussed in coronary heart disease and depression, and the method of Wenyangyixin was proposed as a common method for the treatment of this disease. At the same tim, the relationship between heart and lung, liver, spleen, kidney and gallbladder were discussed. The treatment of coronary heart disease and depression from the five zang-organs is helpful to better explore and utilize the theory of body and spirit to guide the syndrome and treatment, improving the physical and mental symptoms of patients, prevent accidents and improve the quality of life.

摘要:Professor LI Peixu, a famous traditional Chinese medicine professor, is "the fifth batch of famous traditional Chinese medicine", "the first batch of national excell 忍冬藤 ent clinical talents of traditional Chinese medicine" and "the tutor of inheriting the academic experience of national experts of traditional Chinese medicine". Since he has been a doctor for more than 40 years, he is good at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat chronic renal failure. According to the fact that the kidney is the organ related to water metabolism and controls the opening and closing of the bladder and the main five fluids. The kidney stores the essence, which is the innate foundation and the root of the five internal organs. It takes supplementing Qi and ascending Yang, resolving phlegm and reducing turbidity, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals as the principle of prescriptions. When making the prescriptions, Professor LI pays attention to the drug taste, meridian tropism, rising and falling, identifying the location of the disease and using drugs according to the characteristics of the internal organs and meridians. Professor LI is especially fond of using drugs and selecting drugs which are mainly returning to the kidney meridians to promote water and dredging collaterals. According to the principle that the kidney governs Qi, it is good at strengthening and consolidating the foundation, restoring the rise and fall of Qi movement, benefiting the six Fu-organs and removing dampness and turbidity. According to the structural characteristics of long-term illness entering the collaterals, the renal collaterals are curved and narrow, and the rattan drugs are used well, and the effect very obvious. This paper summarizes 10 pairs of drugs commonly used by Professor LI, such as Rendongteng (Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae) and Luoshiteng (Caulis Trachelospermi), Difuzi (Fructus Kochiae) and Kushen (Radix Sophorae Flavescentis), Nyuzhenzi (Fructus Ligustri Lucidi)and Hanliancao (Eclipta chinensis), Tianma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae) and Gegen (Radix Puerariae Lobatae), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) and Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis), Huangqi (Radix Astragali) and Renshen (Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae)and Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae), Dahuang (Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei) and Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Huoxiang (Herba Pogostemonis) and Zhuru (Caulis Bambusaein Taenia), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) and Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) and the clinical experience of application in order to provide some ideas for clinical colleagues.

摘要:Under the guidance of Mr. QIN Bowei and academician DONG Jianhua, Professor DU Huaitang advocates the idea of unifying cold and heat in the diagnosis and treatment of exogenous fever diseases, while in the treatment of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases, he adheres to the medication characteristics of Menghe school and moderating and makes good use of classical prescriptions in the treatment of exogenous and internal injuries. Chaihu Xianxiong Decoction (柴胡陷胸汤) is a commonly-used clinical prescription. This prescription is a reconciliation dredging and descending formula made by adding and subtracting Xiaochaihu Decoction (小柴胡汤) and Xiaoxianxiong Decoction (小陷胸汤) in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. It also takes the advantages of Xiaochaihu Decoction in reconciling the exterior and interior and the function of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in clearing heat and eliminating phlegm, supplemented by Zhishi (Fructus Aurantii Immaturus) and Jiegeng (Radix Platycodonis) to regulate Qi. Modern doctors often use this prescription to treat the diseases and syndromes of heart system, spleen and stomach system and Qi, blood and body fluid system. Professor DU often uses it as the basic prescription and apply it to treat fever, cough, vertigo and other Shaoyang diseases, which syndrome was phlegm Qi intersection and heat accumulation. It can play the role of reconciliation of Shaoyang and calming cold and heat, regulating Qi and resolving phlegm, calming vertigo, ascending and descending and stopping cough, reflecting the characteristics of "simultaneous treatment of different diseases" in traditional Chinese medicine. On the basis of the effect of this prescription, it is often combined with the drugs of nourishing Yin and nourishing blood, so as to prevent the excessive use of the drugs of clearing heat, resolving phlegm and regulating Qi from damaging the body fluid and blood, reflecting the meaning of "always taking care of the body fluid and blood", and the clinical effect is good, which provides some reference and inspiration for the clinical application of modern traditional Chinese medicine to expand the scope of application of this prescription and point out the application characteristics of this prescription.

摘要:Professor DAI Enlai is a well-known Chinese medicine doctor in Gansu Province and the leader of the discipline of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in Gansu Province. He has rich clinical experience in the treatment of facial nervous system disorders with integrated Chinese and western medicine, and has remarkable curative effects. Trigeminal neuralgia is a frequently-occurring and common disease in facial nervous system disorders. Its onset is characterized by acute and severe illness, facial numbness, and severe pain. Western medicine treatment mainly focuses on single symptomatic treatment such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic, but the effect is poor. The review rate is high. Traditional Chinese medicine has the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of"holistic concept"and"syndrome differentiation and treatment", which can provide systematic and individualized treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia in multiple targets and multiple dimensions. Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction(通窍活血汤)is derived from the classic medical book"Yilin Correcting Mistakes". The instructor makes good use of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction to treat trigeminal neuralgia. We have added warming and activating collateral syndrome differentiation ideas, and have achieved wide curative effects. Now we will introduce the tutor's experience in treating trigeminal neuralgia, clinical ideas and prescriptions and medications.

摘要:Peripheral facial paralysis is a common clinical disease. At present, the pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis has not been fully clarified in western medicine, and the clinical treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment such as anti-inflammatory and antiviral. In Traditional Chinese medicine, the combination of acupuncture and medicine is mostly used. In Traditional Chinese medicine, the legislation of dispelling wind and dredging collaterals is mostly made. In acupuncture, the selection of acupoints is mostly from Yangming meridian. By reading the literature and clinical practice, and puts forward the cause of spleen and stomach qi internal injuries, lack of source of vital qi, who lost to raise gas, cou justified osteoporosis, complex feeling invaded and, from the "internal injury of spleen and stomach, all diseases by" argument, analysis around the acute stage, for the treatment of facial paralysis in order to promote early recovery of facial paralysis and improve the prognosis of facial paralysis patients.

摘要:Fetal irritability is one of the common gynecological diseases. If the treatment is not timely or appropriate, it may lead to the loss of both mother and fetus. The causes, syndrome types and treatments of fetal movement are complex and changeable. Most of the clinical methods are mainly tonifying the kidney, supplemented by supplementing qi, nourishing blood and clearing heat. The physiological function of spleen and stomach is very important for fetal growth. Spleen strengthening method is the essence of Zheng Huifang's academic thought. She often takes tonifying the spleen and Qi as the treatment method, not forgetting to replenish qi, absorb blood and raise Yang. At the same time, she also pays attention to the relation-ship between the spleen and other Zang Fu organs, like the kidney, the stomach and the heart. This paper mainly introduces the specific application of Professor Zheng Huifang's spleen strengthening method, and attaches a case study. The purpose of this paper is to inherit Zheng Huifang's thought and provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

摘要:We summarized the clinical experience of Professor ZOU Yanqin, one of the National Chinese Medicine Masters, on the treatment of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). The pathological nature of FSGS is charactered by mixture of deficiency and excess. The main cause of this disease is derived from deficiency of lung, spleen and kidney, companied with dampness, dampheat, blood stasis and wind-pathogen. In clinical practice, Professor ZOU distinguishes deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome initially giving consideration to strengthening the body and expelling pathogenic factors. Improving deficiency and clearing off the toxins is Professor ZOU's main therapeutic strategy. Improvement treatment includes tonifying kidney, invigorating spleen and Qi. Clearance therapy consists of removing blood stasis and regulating collaterals, clearing heat and dampness, and dispersing lung.

摘要:Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is clinically characterized by the symptom of persistent albuminuria and/or progressive decline in estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), and is a relatively common microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus. As it progresses to the stage of macroalbuminuria, its medication will be subject to some restrictions due to the need to consider the patients’ heart and kidney functions. Based on years of clinical experience and under the guidance of the theories of preventive treatment of diseases and collateral diseases, Academician Tong Xiaolin concludes that its core pathogenesis is qi deficiency and collateral stasis, and its pathological characteristics are deficiency, blood stasis, and turbidity. Accordingly, he advocates replenishing qi, activating blood circulations and dredging collaterals throughout the treatment of the disease. This paper reports and analyzes a case of diabetic kidney disease with macroalbuminuria treated by Tong Xiaolin, in a bid to summarize his clinical experience in formulating prescriptions and determining proper dosages.

摘要:Professor Zhou Desheng believes that the pathogenesis of hiccup after stroke is disturbance in ascending and descending of qi movement, and the treatment must be based on the principle of the ascending and descending of yin and yang for ascending the clearing and descending the turbid. The treatment is mainly to ascend and descend qi movement, lower counterflow of qi with heavy settling medicinals, and potentially reduce the turbidity, and suppress the hyperactivity of yang. The first choice for medication is metal, stone, shellfish, such as Daizheshi (Haematitum), Longgu (Os Draconis), Muli (Concha Ostreae), Shijueming (Concha Haliotidis), Zhenzhumu (Concha Margaritiferae Usta), etc. If there is disturbance in qi and blood, yin and yang, ascending and descending, if qi movement is not running smoothly, and the blood and body fluid cannot flow smoothly, and they will accumulate and result in the syndrome of blood stasis and phlegm turbidity. Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Tanxiang (Lignum Santali Albi), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Chuanlianzi (Fructus Toosendan), Puhuang (Pollen Typhae), Honghua (Flos Carthami), Sanleng (Rhizoma Sparganii), Ezhu (Rhizoma Curcumae), etc. can be used to regulate qi and activate blood circulation. For hiccup with cold syndrome, Clove and Persimmon Decoction can be used for treatment. For hiccup with heat syndrome, that is, the syndrome of ascend qi of stomach fire, Tangerine Peel and Bamboo Shavings Decoction can be used for treatment, and heatclearing drugs can also be combined. For qi stagnation syndrome, spleen-stomach yang deficiency syndrome and stomach yin deficiency syndrome, Five-Grinding Decoction, Center-Regulating Pill, Stomach-Replenishing Decoction can be selected for treatment respectively. Although the treatment method is different, it always takes harmonizing the stomach and lowering the counterflow of qi as the principle.

摘要:Professor Yang Zhi-bo believes that the pathogenesis of rose acea is "internal heat attack", while emotional disorder, improper diet and excessive sun exposure are important factors inducing "blood heat accumulation". Professor Yang believes that rose acne initially occurs in the lung and should be prevented in the early stage. Pipaye (Folium Eriobotryae), Sangye (Folium Mori), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Sangbaipi (Cortex Mori), Baimaogen (Rhizoma Imperatae), Baihuasheshecao (Herba Hedyotis Diffusae), Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae Japonicae), etc., can be used to dispel wind and clear heat, detoxify and ventilate the lung. If irritability, poor sleep and red tongue tip are also seen, Zhizi (Fructus Gardeniae) and Lianzixin (Plumula Nelumbinis) are add-ed to clear the heart fire, and Hehuanpi (Cortex Albiziae) is used to relieve depression and calm the mind. At the same time, Danzhuye (Herba Lophatheri) and Dengxincao (Medulla Junci) are used to induce the heart fire from urination, so that the patho-gens can have a way out. On the basis of clearing the "spleen heat" , "acquired foundation" should be paid attention to, Dangshen (Radix Codonopsis), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Yiyiren (Semen Coicis), Fuling (Poria), Shanyao (Rhizoma Dioscoreae), etc. can be adopted. In order to avoid the source of generation and transformation of dampness-heat, the patients should be far away from "volatiles." Rose acne is common in middle-aged women. It is treated with soothing the liver and relieving depression, clearing heat and cooling blood, combined with regulating emotions, nourishing and softening the liver. Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri), Meiguihua (Flos Rosae Rugosae), Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi), Baishao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Zhizi (Fructus Gar-deniae), Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan), Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), etc. are widely used in clinical practice. In the later stage of rose acne, the blood heat of nutrient qi is abundant, the pathogenic heat enters the collaterals, qi and blood are stagnant, and the phlegm, dampness, blood stasis and heat are intermingled. Modified Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction can be used. Xiakucao (Spica Prunellae), Zaojiaci (Spina Gleditsiae) can be added to soften hard lump, break blood stasis and elimi-nating abdominal mass; Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) and Zhebeimu (Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii) can be added to resolve phlegm and remove dampness. Professor Yang believes that the symptoms of facial dryness and the pathogenesis of yin deficiency and blood heat run through the beginning and end of rose acne. In terms of treatment, we should give consideration to nourishing yin and qi to regulate the essence and protect the healthy qi. The whole course of the disease should pay attention to clearing heat and cooling blood, moistening dryness and nourishing yin. Clinically, Lugen (Rhizoma Phragmitis), Yuzhu (), Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan), Xuanshen (Radix Scrophulariae), Shanshashen (Radix Adenophorae), Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis), Dansh-en (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Baishao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Tiepishihu (Caulis Dendro-bii), etc. can be often used to cool blood and nourishing yin. Tiepishihu (Caulis Dendrobii) is especially widely adopted. Professor Yang believes that nature and human body are inseparable and are an organic whole. Based on the "unity of heaven and man" and "medicine image theory" , he puts forward the theories of "treating skin with skin" and "nourishing body with flowers". In the treatment of rose acne based on syndrome differentiation, he pays more attention to treating manifestation and root cause, the interior and exterior concurrently.

摘要:Dolichocolon in newborns is a congenital malformation of digestive tract caused by abnormal colon development, where redundancies may be located in the part of the colon and at the flexures. The dominating symptoms of dolichocolon are constipation, abdominal bloating and pain. This disease belongs to the category of constipation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Based on the pathogenesis of Western medicine and the physiological and pathological characteristics of newborns, this paper explores the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical efficacy of TCM. It is considered that the key to pathogenesis is the dysfunctional conduction of large intestine, and there is caused by deficiency of Qi and fluid. It is proposed that invigorating Qi and strengthening spleen, moisturizing and laxative are the basic treatment principles of this disease. Its clinical syndrome differentiation mainly includes spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, lung and spleen Qi deficiency, spleen deficiency and fluid deficiency, and intestinal damp-heat. The treatment methods include regulating Qi to guide stagnation, tonifying lung and spleen, activating spleen and promoting fluid production, clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, etc. Combined with typical diseasecases, it shows the diagnosis, syndrome differentiation, specific medication ideas and treatment and addition and subtraction principles. This article is expected to be beneficial to the TCM differential treatment and clinical research of neonatal dolichocolon.

摘要:Professor Zheng Shaozhou believes that voltaic toxicity is a complex pathogenic factor, with relapse and remission alternately, resulting in complex and changeable disease, which is lingering and difficult to heal. The disease of multiple sclerosis is closely related to it. Based on this, Professor Zheng proposed that the Fu Du (hidden toxin) being in the medulla is the core pathogen of multiple sclerosis, and kidney tonic and detoxification are the two basic treatment methods for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. In the clinical practice, on the basis of dialectical treatment, Professor Zheng uses Kidney supplementation as the basis, and through the evil detoxification and sputum purification method to treat multiple sclerosis. By internal supplementation of its weakness the root (Zheng Qi) is consolidated, and by external driving of its voltaic poison to treat the symptoms. By gradually regulating the human body's disordered immune system, the balance of yin and Yang can be restored and the purpose of reducing its recurrence can be achieved.
