摘要:Professor JIA Liujin holds that both external and internal dampness can cause obstruction of meridians, qi and blood, which can not be dispersed and purged, failing to moisten and nourish the skin, thereby secondarily generating children with psoriasis. Pathogenic dampness is prone to combine with pathogenic heat to induce diseases, wherein psoriasis is most closely related to pathogenic damp-heat, thereby the main pathogenesis thereof is damp-heat stagnation in the skin, taking clearing away heat and drying dampness as the main therapeutic principle. In clinical practice, self-made Liumiao Tang (六妙汤) acts directly on the affected parts of mutual accumulation of damp-heat, cooperated with psychotherapy and life aftercare in the course of treatment, whereby obtaining marked efficacy. One case is attached for verification.

摘要:Professor YAO Kuiwu is a famous young and middle-aged traditional Chinese medicine doctor in the capital, an expert who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. He has won the "young and middle-aged expert with outstanding national contributions" and the first "Youth May 4th Medal of central state organs". He is the head of YAO Kuiwu expert team of famous Chinese medicine side project in Beijing. Dr. YAO Kuiwu, the chief physician, has accumulated rich experience in the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Professor YAO Kuiwu believes that the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease is closely related to the imbalance of Zang-Fu organs. In clinic, Professor YAO Kuiwu is good at using the method of ascending and descending to treat heart diseases, paying attention to the regulating role of spleen and stomach, liver and lung, heart and kidney in the ascending and descending of Zang-Fu organs, adapting to the ascending and descending of Zang-Fu organs, and reconciling Yin and Yang of Qi and blood of the heart, in order to achieve the body up and down, in and out, metabolism in a harmonious and orderly state. He believes that the liver governs the soothing, the spleen dominates the movement, and the harmony of the liver and spleen is the key to the coordination of Qi ascending and descending. In the treatment, Professor YAO Kuiwu often chooses Sini Powder (四逆散) to regulate the ascending and releasing of the liver and spleen, and it is appropriate to soothe the liver and relieve depression, invigorate the spleen to help transport to restore the ascending and descending function, tonify the heart, carry out painstaking efforts, and nourish the heart. By reducing phlegm and blood stasis, Professor YAO Kuiwu often relieves the function of lung Qi, helps the heart to move the blood, and at the same time pays attention to the protection of stomach Qi, regulating middle Jiao, ascending, descending and harmonizing. This paper introduced Professor YAO Kuiwu's clinical experience in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases with ascending and descending method, which is further explained from four aspects: the origin of ascending and descending theory, the relationship between ascending and descending theory and cardiovascular diseases, the application of ascending and descending adjustment method in cardiovascular diseases and experience of famous doctors.

摘要:This paper summarizes professor CUI Xia's experience in using Shengma Biejia Tang (升麻鳖甲汤) to treat children with acute tonsillitis. In clinical practice, she finds that the tonsils may become swollen, enlarged and difficult to shrink if incomplete elimination of remnant pathogenic factors after palliation of acute tonsillitis protract for a prolonged period. For occurrence of repeated episodes of acute tonsillitis manifesting with swollen and enlarged tonsils but without obvious crimson and congestion of the pharyngeal isthmus, she holds that they are related to the overuse of antibiotics and Chinese materia medica with bitter-cold property, which causes the obstruction of yangqi, cold congealing and qi stagnation, failure to outthrust through and expel pathogenic factors and the remnant ones lurk deep inside. And she puts forward that warm medicinals should be used to warm and dissipate, smooth and dredge the qi activity of throat, selecting the prescription modified Shengma Biejia Tang of Synopsis of Golden Chamber to treat, aiming for warming and resolving cold congealing with pungency, whereby dredging and smoothing qi activity and releasing latent pathogenic factors out. One case is attached for verification.

摘要:Rheumatism refers to a group of heterogeneous diseases characterized by invaded joints, bones, blood vessels, muscles and surrounding soft tissues (bursa, tendons, fascia, etc.) or connective tissue, most of which are autoimmune diseases. Dihuang Yinzi has the functions of tonifying both Yin and Yang, enriching Yin and moistening Yang, supporting water and fire, cultivating the foundation and strengthening the yuan. Professor Fang Dingya advocates integrating disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation. He is good at treating specific diseases with specific prescriptions and drugs. In his opinion, Dihuang Yinzi can improve physical constitution, regulate hormone levels and immunologic function. It can treat degenerative diseases caused by lack of vitality and kidney essence, especially for weak patients due to chronic rheumatic disease. Combined with three cases of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with Sjogren’s syndrome, polymyositis and cervical spondylotic myelopathy, Professor Fang’s clinical experience in using Dihuang Yinzi to treat rheumatic diseases is presented in this article.

摘要:Peripheral vascular diseases mainly include arterial, venous, and lymphatic diseases. Most peripheral vascular diseases have such symptoms as cold limbs, pain, intermittent claudication, swelling of limbs, and numbness of the skin. It may develop into ulcers or gangrene in severe cases. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of these diseases is mostly yang deficiency, cold coagulation, and blood stasis. Professor Pang He believes that peripheral vascular diseases correspond to the "blood paralysis" in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, and advocates treating peripheral vascular diseases with Huangqi Guizhi Five-Ingredient Decoction, which is indicated for blood paralysis. Professor Pang's experience in peripheral vascular treatment with modified Huangqi Guizhi Five-Ingredient Decoction is introduced from several aspects, for example, treating arteriosclerosis obliterans in accordance with disease severity, curing chronic lower extremity venous edema by combination of paired or triangular Chinese medicine, treating Raynaud's syndrome by grasping syndrome characteristics, and curing lower extremities by coupling the method of "adding water to help the boat move" and insect medicine. Besides, the treatment ideas and medication experiences of Professor Pang are illustrated based on his clinical treatment cases.

摘要:The tic disorders are neuropsychiatric disorders characterised by involuntary, repetitive, sudden, rapid, recurrent and nonrhythmic motor tics and/ or phonic tics in one or more parts of the body, and they often occur in children. In traditional Chinese medicine, the tic disorders in children are classified as liver wind, located in the liver and closely related to the spleen. The basic pathogenesis is the liver wind stirring, the wind phlegm obstructing collaterals is the reason why this disease is difficult to cure, and the liver depression and spleen obstruction are the resason for its progression. Triangular herbs are a combination of three herbs, which are formulated according to the property, flavor, and meridian of the herb. Triangular herbs are widely used in the treatment of the tic disorders in children. According to the pathogenesis, three methods are formulated in treating children with the tic disorders, namely, regulating the liver and calming wind to stop tics, calming wind and expelling phlegm to dredge meridians and transporting the spleen and soothing the liver to regulate Qi. Therefore the fixed triangular herbs are formed accordingly. In terms of treatment, triangular herbs are used flexibly to form a traditional Chinese medicine prescription based on the holistic dialectics and the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation. Combined with clinical case, this paper introduces the clinical application of triangular herbs in children with the tic disorders.

摘要:Ulcerative colitis is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease characterized by continuous and diffuse inflammatory changes in the colorectal mucosa. Its clinical symptoms include abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody purulent stools, tenesmus and so on. It can be classified into the categories of "intestinal diarrhea", "dysenteric diarrhea" and "rest dysentery" in traditional Chinese medicine. In traditional Chinese medicine, the basic pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency of healthy Qi, retention of dampness and toxin and stagnation of Qi and blood. The disease is located in the large intestine and is closely related to the liver, spleen and kidney. Wind medicinals are pungent in flavor, thin and light in texture, and has the nature of rising and floating. According to the property and function of wind medicinals, combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of the spleen and stomach, this paper discusses the mechanism and application of wind medicinals in the treatment of ulcerative colitis from the aspects of lifting spleen Yang, dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, promoting stagnation, soothing the liver and regulating Qi, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, and guiding the meridian. Combined with a clinical case, this paper introduces the application of wind medicinals in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.

摘要:Childhood obesity is primarily simple obesity, and Chinese medicine treatment has obvious advantages for it. The statement of "Yang transforming Qi, Yin forming" , from Basic Questions·(Suwen·Yin-Yang Yingxiang), expounds the diagnosis and treatment of simple obesity in children from the perspective of "yang transforming Qi and Yin forming". The imbalance between "Yang transforming Qi and Yin forming" is the key pathogenesis of obesity. According to the syndrome differentiation of "Yang transforming Qi, Yin forming" , childhood obesity at various stages is analyzed, and the method of supporting yang and transforming yin is used to guide the prevention and treatment of simple obesity in children, including life care, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, comprehensive external treatment, etc. At the same time, combined with clinical medical records, the diagnosis and treatment experience of treating simple obesity in children from "Yang transforming Qi, Yin forming" is introduced.

摘要:According to the theory of "six yang", Professor Xia Guicheng, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, pointed out that the key to the pathogenesis of endometriosis is "yang deficiency leading to stasis obstruction". On top of that, he considered that the treatment should not only promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and regulate menstruation to relieve pain, but also follow the female physiological cycle by using sequential therapy of regulating cycle. In conclusion, the particular attention must be paid to the transformation of yin and yang during inter menstruum and the continuation of extreme yang and the reaching of six yang during the premenstruum to maintain the dynamic balance of yin and yang in the patient's body, which provides a new idea for the treatment of endometriosis.

摘要:At present, there are various methods for the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, but the clinical symptoms of some patients cannot be effectively improved. Based on the pathophysiological changes of patients after revascularization and the related theory of the accumulation of veins, and considering the characteris⁃tics of the pathogenesis of collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine, the application of"wind medicine"has a good effect after treatment. Thus, in this study, the mechanism of action of the"wind medicine"used to treat chest pain after coronary revascularization was discussed. It is believed that"wind medicine"can play multi-effects as a single drug, which was different from the conventional drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and could be combined with other drugs in the prescription. The synergistic effect could also show the ef⁃fects of drying dampness and removing phlegm, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals to a certain extent.

摘要:Unexplained infertility is a common type of infertility. In the clinical. It is a difficult disease in the field of modern reproduction. we have found when the liver qi discomfort, blood sea accumulation and overflow disorder, Chong Ren can not deliver energy for pregnancy which is the core pathogenesis of UI, mainly involving liver, kidney and spleen during this process. The liver should be taken as the core pathogenesis. On the one hand, it is a child disease leading to the mother disease which caused the liver and kidney blood deficiency. On the other hand, the wood depression can multiply the soil which caused the liver to lose the deficiency. UI patients are often in mixed clinicalstate, so the treatment should be in the coordination of "Regulating" and "dispersing". At the same time, we need to comply with the female menstrual cycle. The method of treatment is respectively to soothe the liver and kidney to nourish blood and soothe the liver and invigorate spleen qi. The prescription should be in a flexible addition and subtraction to fit the different clinical syndrome and female menstrual cycle. The combination of a improved lifestyle, appropriate psychological guidance and traditional Chinese medicine have a good curative effect.

摘要:Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) both belong to the category of "chest pain" in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). TCM attributes the pathological factors of "chest pain" to "stasis" and "phlegm", which are mutually cause and effect in the development of the disease. ASCVD is an important cause of AMI. Besides, it has been discovered that the incidence of ASCVD caused by the reverse acceleration of AMI has been increasing year by year, which confirms the theory of "mutual growth of phlegm and blood stasis" in TCM. This article discusses these points from the pathological relationship between "phlegm" and "blood stasis", the treatment of "phlegm and blood stasis" in TCM, and attaches a medical record for reference.
