        摘要：With the increase of work and life pressure, the prevalence of cardiac neurosis in creases year by year. After studying the theory of "qi and blood pathogenesis" in ancient medical works, the author compares the treatment range of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction with that of cardiac neurosis defined by modern medicine, and finds that Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is suitable for the treatment of cardiac neurosis. The authorused acupuncture and medicine to treat patients with cardiac neurosis. After studying the rationality and advanced nature of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in clinical application, it was found that the treatmentis effective in the treatment of patients with cardiac neurosis caused by "qi and blood" . It has obvious curative effect and practical significance of clinical popularization.

        摘要：This article discussed ZHANG Zhiyuan's experience in using Dahuang （Radix et Rhizoma Rhei） based on the dose-effect relationship. Dahuang has the nature of cold， deep and storage， and can drain heat and storeyin； moreover， it's flavor and smelling are fragrant， and keeps wandering but not good at maintaining. Based on these functions， the dosage of Dahuang is divided into small （1-3 g）， medium （6-18 g） and large （30-60 g） doses. Dose-effect relationship analysis showed that small doses of Dahuang can strengthen the stomach， direct counterflow downward， unblock meridians， and perform medicinal power， and can be used to treat all kinds of spleen and stomach diseases caused by food stagnation and upward rushing of counterflowqi， as well as delayed menstruation， amenorrhea andbi （痹） syndrome induced by obstruction of stasis blood. Medium doses of Dahuang can clear heat and resolve toxins， and is used for treating all kinds of heat syndrome. Large doses have the function of breaking up blood and attacking accumulation， and can be used to treat mental diseases. The function and its application in clinical practice can be expanded when different doses of Dahuang are combined with other herbs， such as small doses of Dahuang in combination Zheshi （Haematitum） and Banxia （Rhizoma Pinelliae）， medium doses of Dahuang in combination with Shigao （Gypsum Fibrosum）， small and medium doses of Dahuang in combination with Zhizi （Fructus Gardeniae） and Yinchen （Herba Artemisiae Scopariae）， and all different doses of Dahuang with Taoren （Semen Persicae）.

        摘要：Hyperthyroidism, caused by many factors, is characterized by the abnormality of various organs. It features diverse clinical manifestations, particularly liver damage and leukopenia. The occurrence and development of this disease is closely related to the disharmony of the five zang-organs. To be specific, the disordered qi in liver attacks the heart and lung in the upper, invades the spleen and stomach in the middle, and consumes the kidney yin, thus flowing all over the viscera, tissues and organs of the whole body. The general pathogenesis is yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and disharmony of five zang-organs. Therefore, according to the principle of "regulating five zang-organs to achieve harmony", the treatment method is selected depending on the clinical manifestations and the dysfunction of specific organs, so as to tonify the insufficiency and damage the surplus. That is how we can alleviate the symptoms, improve indicators, shorten the course of treatment, reduce the recurrence, and improve the clinical efficacy.
