        摘要：Linggui eight therapies is one of the ancient time acupun cture methods. It emphasizes the therapeutic thought of "man corresponds to heaven and earth" and "harmony of heaven and man", and deduces the changing law of qi and blood opening and closing at the eight-vein intersection point by mathematical calculation, so as to regulate the whole qi and blood, so as to achieve the purpose of treating diseases. Bi syndrome is a kind of disease caused by external pathogens blocking meridians and collaterals, dysfunction of qi and blood, muscle soreness, muscle and bone constraints, and unfavorable flexion and extension of joints. It is a frequently-occurring and common disease in clinic. Linggui eight methods can not only dredge collaterals and regulate qi and blood, but also have the characteristics of adjusting measures according to time, simplifying acupoint selection and multiple acupoints allocation. They often have twice the result with half the effor tin the treatment of arthralgia syndrome.
