        摘要：This paper summarizes professor JIA Liujin’s clinical experience in the treatment of enuresis in children with weakened kidney deficiency syndrome. Professor JIA holds that weakened kidney deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome type of enuresis in children. He emphasizes the diagnosis and treatment of five zang organs as the core. According to the physiological characteristics of children’s frequent deficiency of kidney, he closely adheres to the basic pathogenesis of weakened kidney deficiency, deficiency cold of kidney and failure of bladder to retain urine, takes invigorating kidney to consolidate vital base and reducing urination and stopping enuresis as therapeutic principle, often uses self-made modified Guben Zhiyi Tang (固本止遗汤) cooperated with psychological and behavioral recuperation to treat it, which has obtained remarkable curative effects. One case is attached for verification.

        摘要：IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerular disease in the world, but its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Professor HUANG Wenzheng believes that the main pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy is poor cardinal Shaoyang Sanjiao, dysfunction of spleen and kidney, invasion of external pathogens and prolonged exposure of pathogens are important factors to induce and aggravate the disease. The treatment is based on invigorating Shaoyang Sanjiao, while attaching importance to penetrating evil and removing inducement, and the clinical effect is remarkable.

        摘要：Dampness-heat constipation is a common TCM classification in clinical differentiation and treatment of chronic constipation, but it is rarely discussed in the current teaching materials and consensus opinions on the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Yang Chunbo is the third national master of traditional Chinese medicine, who is good at clinical differentiation and treatment of dampness-heat constipation, emphasizing that it is necessary to grasp the important fea-tures of tongue and pulse diseases, such as sticky stool, uncomfortable defecation, yellow and greasy tongue coating, and to syn-thesize regional and individual differences. When using the treatment of clearing away dampness and heat regulating qi blood, Yin, Yary bias.

        摘要：Based on many years of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience, Professor BAI Zhenxiang believes that kidney deficiency is the basis for the onset of gangrene, and proposed that the method of nourishing the kidney runs through the whole disease treatment process. The clinical effect is remarkable, and it provides new diagnosis and treatment ideas for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gangrene.

        摘要：Gastroesophageal reflux cough is a common disease of the respiratory system and a special type of the gastroesophageal reflux disease, which belongs to the category of "gastric cough" in traditional Chinese medicine. Prof. Wang Shuchen takes the disordered spleen and stomach qi activities as the key pathogenesis for this disease, and unsmooth flow of the liver as a trigger. For this reason, key to treatment lies in the regulation of the spleen and stomach qi activities. Banxia Xiexin Decoction is used as a basic prescription, in combination with qiregulating medicinals. Many such patients have been treated this way, all with good effects. This has offered a train of thought for clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough.

        摘要：Hashimoto's thyroiditis is an immune disease with thyroid tissue as antigen, and the pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated.Studies show that it is related to immune factors, genetic factors, environmental factors and so on.In recent years, the incidence of Hashimoto's thyroiditis has been increasing significantly.The western medicine mainly uses the thyroxine replacement therapy, immunotherapy and operation to relieve local symptoms, namely symptomatic treatment. Until now, there is no effective means of prevention and cure. Professor HUANG Lijuna thinks Hashimoto's thyroiditis belongs to the category of simple goiter in traditional Chinese medicine and the basic pathogenesis includes emotional failure, anger, depression or disordered diet, inappropriate climate and diet, congenital and physical differences, resulting in dysfunction of Zang-Fu organs, leading to Qi stagnation, phlegm coagulation and blood stasis blocking the neck.Most of the diseases are excess types.Long-term illness could induce the excess to the deficiency, or excess complicated with deficiency.The syndrome differentiation includes Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation, liver depression forming fire, deficiency of Yin of heart and liver, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation and spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.In the early stage, Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation is more common; in the progressive stage, liver depression forming fire and deficiency of Yin of heart and liver are more common; in the later stage, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation and spleen-kidney Yang deficiency are more common.Regulating Qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm, eliminating goiter and stagnation are the main treatment principles, and adding clearing liver-fire, nourishing Yin and reducing fire, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and tonifying spleen and kidney according to the syndrome differentiation, and good curative effect had been achieved in clinical practice.

        摘要：ObjectivePremenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a syndrome characterized by emotional, behavioral and physical disor-ders occurring 7-14 days beforemenstruation. PMSseriously affects the life and work of patients. The etiology and pathogenesis of PMS are various and complex. Furthermore, the treatment of PMS is thorny and difficult. PMShas became one of the diseases which perplex women of childbearing age. This article summarized the clinical experience of Longjiang HAN's Gynecology trea-ting premenstrual syndrome, so as to provide new ideas in treating premenstrual syndrome.MethodsThe pathogenesis and treat-ment of PMS in westernmedicinewere analyzed and the academic viewpoint and clinical experience of Longjiang HAN's gyneco-logical treatment in premenstrual syndromewere discussed from the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinesemedicine sim-ultaneously. Twomedical records were added as evidence.ResultsLongjiang HAN's Gynecology considers that themain respon-sibility of PMS is liver, and closely related to spleen and kidney. Themain pathogenesis is liver Qi stagnation, liver and kidney es-sence and blood deficiency, liver restraining spleen. The treatment is based on soothing liver. Bailing Tiaogan Decoction (百灵调肝汤) is used in the treatment. The treatment is based on syndrome differentiation, clinical treatment and emotional counseling, cooperating with emotional counseling. The curative effect is very good.ConclusionLongjiang HAN's gynecological treatment of PMS has uniquemethod and satisfactory clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion and learning.

        摘要：Professor LIAN Fang believes that the pathogenesis of recurrent abortion is mainly kidney deficiency, which is closely related to liver and spleen. According to the individual differences, the patients should be treated in stages according to the situation. Before pregnancy, the method of tonifying the kidney and regulating the week was used to adjust Yin and Yang and cycle sequence; after pregnancy, Shenqi Shoutai Pill (参芪寿胎丸) , which was self-made on the basis of the experience of the former sages, was used to strengthen the fetal Yuan and prevent the flow and protect the fetus; according to the etiology, according to the different location of kidney, liver and spleen disease, the syndrome was added or subtracted according to the syndrome; the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, acupuncture and medicine were applied together, and finally the pregnancy and full-term delivery were successful. This paper introduces professor LIAN Fang's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) based on the principle of "prepainting its damage" , so as to provide more reference for clinical research. And a case is attached to prove it.

        摘要：Sick sinus syndrome(SSS) is a syndrome in which the pacemaker and conduction function of sinoatrial node are impaired and presents a series of arrhythmia and clinical symptoms.In the treatment of SSS, the only recognized and long-term effective treatment is pacemaker implantation, often accompanied by postoperative complications, which limits its application.With the continuous development of the traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine has shown the advantages of economic benefits and reliable long-term effect in the SSS therapy.Professor LIU Ruxiu has been engaged in the research on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases for decades.She has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, especially SSS.By inheriting the academic experience of LIU Zhiming, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, LIU Ruxiu proposed that Qi and essence of senile patients with SSS should be treated with both Yang and Yin to achieve the balance of body.

        摘要：This paper introduces Professor YU Jianer's clinical experience in the treatment of pediatric diseases with corner drugs. To explore the five groups of corner drugs commonly-used in Professor Yu's clinical syndromes. Qinpi (Fraxini Cortex) -processed Baibu (Stemonae Radix) -Tianzhuzi (Nandinae Domesticae Fructus) for relieving cough and spasm, reducing Qi rever-sal and relieving asthma, moistening lung and dispelling phlegm, can be used to treat chronic cough or spastic cough in children. Xianhecao (Agrimoniae Herba) -Yinyanghuo (Epimedii Folium) -Xianmao (Curculiginis Rhizoma) for replenishing deficiency and stopping bleeding, replenishing kidney Yang, can be used for hematuria and hormone reduction andmaintenance phase of ne-phrotic syndrome. Nuzhenzi (Ligustri Lucidi Fructus) -Mohanlian (Ecliptae Herba) -Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus) for replenishing liver and kidney, nourishing blood and nourishing Yin, and growing hair and blacking hair, can be used to treat hair loss in chil-dren. Qinghao (Artemisiae Annuae Herba) -Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) -Digupi (Lycii Cortex) for clearing away heat and steam, the deficiency fire of lung and kidney, is good at treating fever in children and those who do not heal for a long time. Mu-danpi-Danshen-Zhimu for nourishing blood and removing blood stasis, cooling blood and nourishing Yin, is good at treating lung and kidney deficiency, Qideficiency and blood stasis, and lung collateral stasis caused by prolonged lung disease in children. This paper discussed the key points of compatibility, efficacy and indications of relevant corner drugs, and took the cases as the evidence, in order to provide new ideas for the clinical prescription of traditional Chinesemedicine pediatricians.

        摘要：Precancerous lesion (PLGC) is a critical stage for the development of chronic atrophic gastritis to gastric cancer. The incidence is high, seriously affecting the physical and mental health of patients. Because the prevention and treatment mechanism of gastric cancer is not clear, the treatment of PLGC is the key link to reverse its development to gastric cancer. Professor SHAO Zuyan uses traditional Chinese medicine to treat diseases based on differentiation of symptoms and diseases. He believes that the main causes are invasion of external pathogens, unclean diet (improper diet), emotional disorder and insufficient endowment. The main pathogenesis is mixed cold and heat, Qi stagnation and blood stasis and deficiency of Qi and Yin. The main treatment methods are regulating cold and heat, regulating Qi and removing blood stasis, supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, and adjusting their emotions in combination with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. It can effectively control and alleviate the patients′condition and achieve satisfactory clinical results. The author has the honor to learn from Professor SHAO Zuyan. Now it summarized Professor SHAO Zuyan's clinical experience in the treatment of PLGC of gastric cancer as follows, and gave an proved case.

        摘要：Professor Fu Wei-min believes that the basic pathogenesis of migraine is the liver failing to disperse, the disharmony of qi and blood, and the obstruction of brain collaterals. The treatment should be based on the liver. The key to the treatment is to soothe the liver, relieve depression and regulate qi and blood, which runs through the whole treatment course. Professor Fu has divided migraine into the following seven syndrome types: liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome, up-flaming of liver fire, liver yang transforming wind syndrome, liver meridian blood stasis syndrome, liver yang deficiency syndrome, liver blood deficiency syndrome, and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome. They are respectively treated by soothing liver and regulate qi, dredging collaterals and relieving pain; clearing liver and purging fire, cooling blood and relieving pain; pacifying the liver and subduing yang, eliminating wind and relieving pain; activating blood circulation, dredging orifices, removing blood stasis and relieving pain; warming the liver, dissipating cold, suppressing upward perversion of qi to relieve pain; regulating blood and nourishing blood, softening the liver and relieving pain; tonifying the liver and kidney, nourishing yin and relieving pain. In addition, Professor Fu is good at using insect drugs in the treatment of migraine. He often uses meridian-guiding drugs returning to the liver and gallbladder channels, advocates emotional intervention combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.

        摘要：The pathogenesis of refractory fever is complex, and tumor fever is representative in refractory fever. Professor Shi Zaixiang believes that the key to the use of classical formulas in the treatment of refractory fever lies in accurate syndrome differentiation. In the clinical practice, we should base on the concept of holism and clarify the relationship between evils and healthy qi. When prescribing, we should abide by the pathogenesis and the correspondence between formulas and syndromes, not only follow the concept of holism of TCM and the basic characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment, but also emphasize more accurate syndrome differentiation and individualized treatment. Professor Shi has established the method of removing fever by clearing three-yang, the method of dispersing fever by banking up earth to benefit metal, and the method of conducting fever by edema to remove blood stasis. Pueraria Decoction plus Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) combined with Major Bupleurum Decoction, Licorice and Rhizoma Zingiberis Decoction combined with Ephedra and Apricot Kernel and Gypsum and Licorice Decoction, Peach Kernel Qi-Guiding Decoction for edema are often used respectively in the above methods to treat refractory fever.

        摘要：Children allergic rhinitis, often accompanied by nasal congestion, running noses, sneezing, mucosal edema, adenoid hypertrophy, nose backflow postnasal drip syndrome followed by allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome and so on, seriously affects life quality. Huang Yuanyu, from the Qing Dynasty, first mentioned the "Qi Circumfluence" in Si Sheng Xin Yuan and created a stable physiological framework in which the spleen qi serves as the pivot core, the liver and heart go upwards on the left, and the lung and kidney go downward on the right. Once spleen Qi is stagnated or congested either by exogenous pathogenic factors or internal injuries, disease may arise. Our research team hold that allergic rhinitis in children and a series of symptoms are closely associated with the spleen which fails to transport. Accordingly, in treatment, importance should be attached to guiding it back to the original circumfluence, with good effects.

        摘要：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures (OTCFs) treated by TCM bone setting manipulation combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP).MethodsFrom February 2017 to December 2019, a retrospective study was undertaken to analyze 128 cases of OTCFs ad-mitted into Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine, who were divided into treatment group with 49 cases and control group with 79 cases according to the different therapeutic methods. The treatment group was given TCM bone setting manipulation combined with PVP therapy, while the control group was simply given PVP therapy. After surgery, the bone cement leakage rate, the restoration rate of diseased vertebral height, along with vi-sual analogue scale (VAS) score, Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI), Cobb angle of diseased vertebrae and diseased vertebral height before and after surgery were compared between the 2 groups.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference in bone cement leakage rate between the 2 groups (P>0.05). After surgery, VAS score, ODI and Cobb angle of the diseased vertebrae of the 2 groups decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant than that in the same group before surgery (P<0.01), moreover, Cobb angle of the diseased vertebrae decreased more significantly in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant than that in the control group after surgery (P<0.01). After surgery, the anterior margin and middle height of the diseased vertebrae in the treatment group significantly increased, while the anterior margin height of the diseased vertebrae in the control group significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant than that in the same group before surgery (P<0.01), moreover, the anterior margin and middle height of the diseased vertebrae in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups after surgery (P<0.01). The restoration rate of the anterior margin and middle height of the diseased vertebrae in the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups (P<0.01).ConclusionIt can markedly alleviate the pain, effectively restore the height of the diseased vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae function and alleviate the scoliosis to combine TCM bone setting manipulation with PVP in the treatment of OTCFs with simple operation and relative low treatment cost, which deserves clinical promotion and application.

        摘要：Autoimmune polyglandular syndrome is a clinically intractable disease and a rare disease, to which an intensive immunosuppressive therapy is mostly applied in modern medicine, yet with an unsatisfactory effect.Academician Tong Xiaolin endeavors to make precise di ff erentiation on the disease in terms of principle, method,recipe, medicines and dosage to treat it with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, a classic prescription from Differentiation on Endogenous and Exogenous Diseases created by the famous doctor Li Dongyuan in ancient China.Through sorting and analyzing the medical records of one case of autoimmune polyglandular syndrome treated by Academician Tong Xiaolin, this paper means to summarize his clinical experience in formulating prescriptions and deciding on dosages.

        摘要：Professor YANG Dianhui holds that the major disease mechanism of pediatric facial paralysis is that there are prenatal deficiency and insufficient qi and blood internally, and wind evils attacking face externally. In addition, attention should also be paid to the influence of liver qi stagnation and mental disorders on the development and prognosis of facial paralysis in children. The treatment mainly in volves acupuncture,including moxibustion, ear points seed paste, cupping, acupoint injection and other therapies, which are often applied in combination and with flexibility. In the treatment, holism concept should be stuck on and regulating viscera should be emphasized to sooth liver and regulate mind with human oriented.
