- 摘要：At present, there is no specific clinical treatment for allergic purpura. Relatively speaking, TCM has unique advantages and has achieved good results. Professor ZHANG Shiqing has plentiful experience and deep understanding on treating allergic purpura. He puts the mind of “hypersensitive toxic, damp, heat and stasis“ in the first place, treats with “clearing heat and dampness, resisting allergy and removing blood stasis“ . He also develops a basic prescription named “Kangmin Sicao Xiaoban Decoction“ to treat the disease. According to the different positions of hypersensitive toxic, damp, heat and blood stasis, he delicately combines the prescriptions of clearing heat and dampness in the therapy and the efficacy is gratifying. Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun, we believe that the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer is Yang deficiency, Yin forming too much, Yin and Yang losing its standard, and the loss of Yuan Yang produces pathological products such as Qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm turbidity. The pathological changes of "Yang deficiency as the root and Yin excess as the standard" were formed due to the adhesion of the intestine. To summarize the experience of Professor TANG Nong of Huoshen School in the treatment of colorectal cancer, taking "the second treatment" as the treatment criterion. In clinical practice, ginger, osmanthus and Rhizoma Aconiti are used skillfully, that is to say, Guizhi is used to clear and disperse, warming and dredging middle and upper Jiao is used to "remove its blood vessels" and then Sini method is used to warm and consolidate the lower Jiao, warm and support Yuan Yang, and then benefiting essence is used to fill marrow and cultivate the root. 发布时间：2023-09-15 - 摘要：ObjectiveTo summarize Professor Cheng GuoZhong's academic thoughts and experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment of spleen deficiency and wetness hyperactivity type diseases.MethodsBy following with the tutor and studying the clinical data of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome of hyperactivity, the author summarized Professor CHENG Guozhong's aca-demic thoughts and experience in clinical treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome of hyperactivity from aspects of main pathogenesis trait, prescription drugs and provided the typical medical cases for support.ResultsProfessor CHEN Guozhong thinks that Lingnan area is easy to suffer from the combination of external dampness and internal dampness because of its unique natural climate, regional environment and local living habits. Most people are in the spleen sub-health state of spleen deficiency and excessive dampness syndrome, which is mainly manifested by gastrointestinal discomfort. Therefore, on the basis of Tiaozhong Yiqi Decoction (调中益气汤) written in Spleen and Stomach Theory, Tiaozhong Yiqi Huashi Decoction (调中益气化湿汤) was modified. 发布时间：2023-09-15 - 摘要：In clinic, Alzheimer's disease is a common progressive neurodegenerative disease in the elderly population, which is mainly characterized by the decline of memory and cognitive ability, social disorder, abnormal behavior and personality changes. The disease is located in the brain and kidneys, and its pathogenic factors involves three aspects: de fi ciency, phlegm, and blood stasis, with de fi ciency as the root cause, and phlegm and blood stasis as the manifestations. Since the disease is usually manifested as unconsciousness due to the kidney failure and nourishment loss in brain marrow as one grows old, supplementing and boosting drugs are mostly preferred, and tonifying the kidney, nourishing the essence and replenishing the marrow is maintained as the basic treatment principle. Decoction, made of velvet antler slices for 3 g, tortoise plastron for 15 g and a piece of bovine spinal cord, is commonly used to replenish the marrow and nourish the brain, improve the mind and kidney function. After long-term use, it can signi fi cantly improve the quality of life, with a good safety. Although conven-tional Western medicine treatment brings survival benefits to patients, the symptoms caused by the disease itself and the adverse reactions caused by Western medicine treatment often make patients miserable and seriously affect the quality of life. In addition, conventional Western medicine treatment for advanced colorectal cancer cannot cover all the population. For some patients who have poor economic foundation, frail, elderly, and poor willingness to treat by Western medicine and refuse or cannot accept con-ventional Western medicine treatment, there is an urgent need for new treatments. The treatment method makes up for the gap of conventional treatment and expands the coverage of treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of tumors, and it plays an important role in reducing the side effects of Western medicine treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, in-creasing the therapeutic effect, prolonging the survival period, and improving the quality of life. Prof. YANG believes that the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer cannot rely solely on traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine. She putequal em-phasis on traditional Chinese and Western medicine as the core treatment strategy for advanced colorectal cancer. People-oriented is the treatment concept to be adhered to. It should be based on patients at different stages of disease development. The disease can affect multiple systems with complex conditions and is very easy to relapse. Professor ZHOU Caiyun advocates integrated Chinese and Western medicine for Behcet's disease. She proposes treatment based on stage differentiation and considers that the essential pathological mechanism is not only dampness-heat toxin amassment but also collaterals injury caused by heat toxin. In acute active phase, the key pathogenesis is dampness heat and pathogenic toxin accumulated in interior and heat-toxicity hurting collateral. The main treatment should be clearing heat and removing toxicity, cooling blood and protecting collaterals, assisted by promoting dieresis. At present, Levodopa is the main treatment method of this disease in western medicine, but there is a status quo of life-long treatment or ineffectiveness of some patients. Early intervention of RF has important clinical significance and scientific research value in delaying the progression of CKD . The famous Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) professor, CAO Shili, thought that the pathogenesis of RF is toxin of wind, dampness, and blood stasis in the Kidney Collateral of Foot-Shaoyin. She imitated the method of Turtle Shell Decoction of the Golden Chamber and combined with the theory of "first in and then out" of Sweet Wormwood and Turtle Shell Decoction in Wu Jutong's Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases. Then She proposed the rule of "from Yin to Yang" and formed a characteristic Chinese medicine clinical thinking to prevent and treat RF. First, the anti pathogenic and tonic drugs are led into renal meridians by insect drugs, and then put the evil to Yang. The invisible evil has turned out from the Shaoyang. The blood has stabbed by Yang Ming. Dampness is removed from Shaoyang Sanjiao. It can delay the progress of ESRD, and have significant curative effects.
