摘要:Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor with a high incidence, which seriously threatens the safety of women's lives, and persistent high-risk cervical papillomavirus infection is the most important factor that promotes the occurrence of cervical cancer. Clinically, transient HPV infection can be observed and followed up. For persistent HPV infections, Western medicine mainly uses interferon therapy or physical and surgical therapies and vaccines to prevent and treat the disease, but there are still many patients who use these therapies to achieve unsatisfactory results. Professor WANG Xiuyun treats this disease clinically and treats it based on syndrome differentiation. She believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of the vital-Qi, unclean sex, and damp poisoning. The treatment is combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine adopts the method of oral administration of nourishing Qi and strengthening spleeny, strengthening the vitality and removing dampness, clearing away heat and detoxification. The prescription is self-made Fuzheng Qudu Decoction (扶正祛毒汤), combined with external application of interferon to treat persistent HPV infection, and the clinical effect is good.

摘要:This paper introduces Professor Guo Zhiqiang's experience with the application of Chongyang theory in the treatment of repeated embryo transfer implantation failure. Professor Guo believes that female constitution is often deficient in yin as well as in yang, forming the Chongyangtheory (advocating Yang) that yin and yang support each other, with yin as the foundation and yang as the dominant. He holds that the implantation failure is due to deficiency of kidney yang and the cold uterus with inability to take the embryo plant in endometrium. He adheres to the principle of regulating menstruation before pregnancy and uses the sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine to regulate menstruation before embryo transfer. After embryo transfer, Lianggu Decoction is given to invigorate the kidney and warm yang, protect yang qi and promote implantation.
摘要:It is to study and summarize Professor CAI Fuyang's academic experience on treating nasosinusitis and explore the origin and characteristics of his academic experience. CAI Fuyang's syndrome differentiation and treatment of the nasosinusitis are based on the method of combining the local and systemic syndrome differentiation is used to treat nasosinusitis, emphasizing the relationship between the pathogenesis of the nasosinusitis and the lung, spleen, liver and gall, and the treatment principle of "dispersing, clearing, descending and distributing". Xuanbai Powde(泻白散), Cang'erzi Powder(苍耳子散), Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤)and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)are often used and the empirical formula CAI's Nasosinusitis Decoction(蔡氏鼻窦炎汤)has a positive guiding significance in summarizing the etiology and pathogenesis as well as in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of nasosinusitis, which embody the thought of respecting the ancient times and worshiping the classics.

摘要:Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic inflammatory disease that primarily affects the spine and sacroiliac joints. Professor Yan Xiaoping first proposed the TCM disease name of Ankylosing Spondylitis-which corresponds to "Dalv" in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Yan believes that the disease has many causes, complicated pathogenesis, and changeable conditions. The reason is not only a renal disease, but also involves bladder meridian. There are many meridians involved such as the Liver Meridian, Spleen Meridian, Gallstone Meridian, Lung Meridian, and so on. Therefore, the "Meridians transmission syndrome differentiation" is proposed, which combines drugs with meridians in clinical practice, and introduces meridians into the meridian.

摘要:It introduced Professor ZHENG Shaozhou's experience and academic thoughts on clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Master ZHENG believes that psoriasis vulgaris is caused by deficiency of spleen and stomach, and phlegm and blood stasis are the key to the onset of disease. Master ZHENG first proposed the theories of "polarization of cold and heat" and "treatment of ringworm and phlegm together". Master ZHENG believes that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine should be used to discuss treatment in stages, and the "transparency" theory should be used throughout the treatment process, with good results. The author is fortunate to learn from the teacher and has deep experience. Now, the author has collated Professor ZHENG Shaozhou's experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in order to provide some reference for clinical treatment of psoriasis.

摘要:acupuncture has been widely recognized in clinical treatment of depression, but the doctors have different understanding of the disease. Sheng acupuncture believes that the disease of depression is causedby disharmony in the internal and external boundaries of human body, the pathogenesis of which is the damage of Qi and blood function of viscera, blood stasis, phlegm dampness and other pathogenic factors, and the damage of Yang Qi, damage of gods and abnormal spirits. In view of the origin of pathogenic and yang deficiency, Sheng acupuncture put forward the acupuncture method of "regulating Yang and eliminating evil spirits" to treat depression. The paper analyzes the basis of acupuncture points selection and acupuncture technique of "regulating Yang and removing evil factors" in Sheng, and provides a new way of thinking for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

摘要:Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (RVVC) is one of the common gynecological diseases. RVVC is difficult to cure because of the lingering condition, which affects the normal life and work of women. Therefore, clinical gynecological workers often pay attention to the effective prevention and treatment of this disease. To discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of RVVC from the theory of latent pathogenic factors. The main cause of RVVC is both deficiency of healthy factor and latent dampness pathogen. Due to the different constitution and viscera function of patients, the latent pathogenic factors are not all the same. We treat this disease according to distinguishing latent pathogenic factors, strengthening healthy factor and eliminating pathogenic factor, and treating both physiology and psychology.

摘要:Lumbago is mainly manifested as pain on one or both sides of the lower back, and is one of the clinical frequentlyoccurring diseases. Its etiology is complex. It can be classified as external sensation, internal injury, specifically for the external wind, cold, wet, heat and other evil, further leading to qi stagnation and blood stasis. The main internal injury is kidney deficiency. Its course of disease is more long, often lingering does not heal, so easy to delay to chronic lumbago, and bring greater pain to the patient. Professor Zhang Jianwei thought that the disease was based on kidney deficiency, marked by exogenous pathogenic factors and blood stasis, and the treatment started from the kidney, taking into account other factors, achieving a certain effect.

摘要:Chronic urinary tract infection is a common clinical urinary system disease, which belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine named Stranguria. The main symptoms are frequent urination, urgent micturition, urethral astringent pain, continuous and repeated low back pain, abdominal distension, chills, fatigue, aggravated after tired and mood swings. Professor TONG Xiaolin believes that this disease mostly belongs to the syndrome of difficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, which means spleen-kidney Yang deficiency, with damp-heat. It is often treated with Raw coix seed (15-60 g), Monkshood (6-15 g, decocted 2 h early) and Patrinia(15-30 g), which can warm yang and disperse cold, clear away dampness and heat, and has a significant effect on prolonged illness.

摘要:Through summarizing the pathogenesis of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in which "liver wind is the trigger, heart fire is the source, and wind and fire fan each other" combined with the experience in identifying and treating its related clinical syndromes, Dong Qimei, the instructor of the inheritance of academic experience of well-known veteran traditional Chinese medicine experts, concludes that liver and kidney deficiency, internal growth of stagnated fire and deficiency fire are the sources of atrial fibrillation. In addition, she also believes that the stirring of internal wind, mutual fanning of internal wind and fire, the carry of phlegm and stasis, as well as the violation of the heart and brain are the key to its pathogenesis. The core treatment method of nourishing yin and restraining wind, draining fire and subduing palpitations are proposed, and this academic thought guides the clinical treatment of atrial fibrillation with good efficacy.

摘要:The main symptoms of the cramp are limb blood impeding spasm and pain such as torsion. It often manifests as the main symptom or concurrent symptom in clinical practice. Professor LI thought that the pathogenesis of cramp, which sited in liver and spleen, was in connection with bile heat phlegm disturbance, excess-fire of the liver, spleen qi deficiency, yin-fluid deficiency, and disharmony between nutritive qi and defensive qi. On the basis of prescription classified by therapeutic methods, Professor LI treated the disease with Fructus Chaenomelis and Radix Paeoniae by law with high curative effect. Five year-clinical case reports were col-lected in this research as clinical references for clinical treatment.
摘要:After years of clinical diagnosis and treatment practice, Professor Li Ziping has accumulated a wealth of experience in the treatment of facial paralysis with the mutual promotion of acupuncture and Chinese materia medica. Under the guidance of the idea of benefiting qi, eliminating dampness and dredging collaterals, he closely integrates the traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern medicine. Yet not sticking to the tradition rigidly, he breaks the convention of "avoiding tonifying in the early stage of a disease" , and summarizes a set of effective therapies for treating acute facial paralysis with the mutual promotion of acupuncture and Chinese materia medica. For this matter, a good clinical effect has been achieved through the combined use of filiform needle acupuncture, acupoint injection, Chinese medicine and western medicine.

摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the differences in the improvement degree, speed and persistence of different symptoms in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR) with acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion in a multicenter, noncontrolled study, and analyze the effects of the acupuncture therapy on AR symptoms.MethodsThe clinical data were collected of 222 cases of AR patients treated with acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion from April 2017 to June 2018 twice a week for four weeks in seven centers in Beijing. At 5 time points, i. e. before treatment(Week 0), the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week during treatment (Week 2, Week 3, and Week 4) and during the follow-up (Week 8), the numbers of cases with different degrees of the four main symptoms including nasal congestion, runny nose, itching nose and sneezing selected from Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) were recorded and the numbers of cases with and without the five accompanying symptoms including nasal discharge flowing through the pharynx, tears, itching nose or eyes, nasal or oral maxillary pain and headache selected from Total Nonnasal Symptom Score (TNNSS) were also recorded. Non-parametric tests of score data were performed on the distribution of cases at different time points to compare the changes in the distribution of the main symptoms and accompanying symptoms. The effects of acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion were compared on the basis of the numbers of patients whose symptoms were relieved, eliminated, unchanged and aggravated at the end of the follow-up compared with those before treatment.ResultsBefore and after treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the overall distribution of symptom scores of nasal congestion, runny nose, itching nose and sneezing (P<0.05). In addition, the symptoms were milder at the later time point between every two adjacent time points (P<0.01). There were also statistically significant differences in the overall distribution of symptom scores of nasal discharge flowing through the pharynx, tears, itching nose or eyes, nasal or oral maxillary pain and headache (P<0.05), among which the first four symptoms were milder at the later time point between every two adjacent time points (P<0.01).ConclusionAcupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion can relieve the main and associated symptoms of AR with definite efficacy. AR patients with the main clinical manifestations of sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose and nasal itching are more likely to obtain satisfactory results thanks to acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion.
