摘要:Professor YU Rui has accumulated rich experience in the application of group medicine through clinical practice and careful research. In clinical practice, it is effective to use contralateral medicine and angular medicine flexibly. For example, Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex) and Chuanbeimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus) are used to treat cough and asthma caused by imbalance of lung Qi. Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) and Jianghuang (Curcumae Longae Rhizoma) are used to treat neck distension, spasm and dizziness caused by blockage of meridians and Qi and blood stasis. Muli (Ostreae Concha), Biejia (Trionycis Carapax) and Chuanshanjia (Manis Squama) are used to treat adenomyosis, ovarian myoma, liver cancer, gastric cancer and other diseases belonging to the category of accumulation symptoms. Jixueteng (Spatholobi Caulis), Haifengteng (Piperis Kadsurae Caulis) and Gouteng (Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis) are used to treat apoplexy sequela and flaccidity syndrome caused by stagnation of meridians and collaterals. This paper summarized professor YU Rui's academic thought of skillfully using contralateral and angular drugs, inherited her academic experience, and provided reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
摘要:Professor JIANG Lijuan innovatively proposes the "uterus collateral theory", and applies the theory to the prevention and treatment of post-abortion diseases, which has certain guiding significance. The tutor believes that the abortion operation is caused by trauma, which leads to abnormal changes in endometrium blood flow, and secondary postoperative diseases of abortion. On the basis of the idea of "preventing disease", combining with the patients'constitution and the pathogenesis of "more deficiency and more stasis after abortion", the tutor took regulating the kidney, blood and free membrane as the treatment, and combined moxibustion with early intervention for the patients undergoing abortion surgery to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications. The author mainly summarized the experience of professor JIANG lijuan on improving the endometrial blood flow after abortion by using "uterus collateral theory".

摘要:It is to introduce professor LIU Qiquan's experience on treating chronic atrophic gastritis from lung. Professor LIU Qiquan has a profound theoretical foundation in traditional Chinese medicine. He has more than 40 years of clinical experience and has rich experience on the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases which has unique curative effects, especially in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. The author is fortunate to learn from Master LIU and sums up his experience on treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Chronic atrophic gastritis is a digestive system disease characterized by focal or extensive atrophy of the epithelium and proper glands of the gastric mucosa, thinning of the mucosa and thickening of the muscularis mucosa. It is a common clinical disease. Its incidence is positively correlated with age. The main clinical manifestations of chronic atrophic gastritis are lumps, fullness, distension and pain, which are mostly attributed to the categories of diseases such as "stomach fullness" , "bloating" and "noisy" . The pathogenesis is nothing more than Qi (lung-Qi inversion) , heat (lung-heat accumulating in stomach) and blood stasis (blood stasis in lung-stomach blood stasis) , deficiency (lung and stomach Yin deficiency) . Chronic atrophic gastritis is located in the stomach and related to lung. Professor LIU Qiquan clinically uses the methods of dispersing lung and descending stomach Qi, clearing lung and descending stomach Qi, regulating lung and descending stomach Qi, nourishing lung and harmonize stomach to treat chronic atrophic gastritis and the treatment has achieved good effect.

摘要:The experience of professor SHI Suofang on treating the cough with the theory of five movements and six climates is introduced. The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic changes involves the theories of Yin-Yang and the five elements, heavenly stems and earthly branches, the movement of "Qi", human health and so on. It is scientific and is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. Besides, it makes up the deficiency of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Professor SHI Suofang is good at treating cough with the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic changes. The clinical thought of treating cough can be explained as follows. The movement of gold Qi (lung Qi) and the climate of Yangming play an important role in treating cough. Firstly, the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic changes can determine the characteristics of the year. Secondly, the characteristics of the year can infer the pathological factors. Finally, selecting the suitable Sanyin Sitian Fang (三因司天方) of CHEN Wuze [Maimendong Decoction (麦门冬汤), Ziwan Decoction (紫菀汤), Niuxi Mugua Decoction (牛膝木瓜汤), Congrong Niuxi Decoction (苁蓉牛膝汤), Shenping Decoction (审平汤)] is most important. Two typical cases were explained. The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic changes shows obvious clinical effect in treating pulmonary diseases and provides new ideas for treating cough. We must study the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic changes thoroughly.

摘要:Gastric cancer is one of clinical common tumor in our country. The pathological changes before gastric carcinoma is closely related to gastric cancer, early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer before the disease to the progress of gastric cancer. It is of great significance for the secondary prevention of gastric cancer. Director LIU Huayi has rich experience on treating diseases of the digestive system. LIU argues a variety of pathogenic factors lead to the spleen and stomach deficiency, blood stasis, dampness-heat and Qi stagnation, damaging the stomach. Long-term damage could generate heat, blood loss and rotting flesh, resulting in this disease. The research has shown that Weizhuan'an Granule (胃转安颗粒) can relieve hyperplasia, inhibit telomerase activity and cell proliferation, and has the function of the block and reverse the stomach precancerous lesion. LIU Huayi takes Weizhuan'an Granule as the basic prescription. Based on its differentiation of symptoms and signs treatment, the curative effect is outstanding. It can improve patients' quality of life and clinical effectiveness and plays a unique advantages. It is worthy of popularizing widely in clinic.

摘要:Interstitial cystitis refers to chronic non-bacterial cystitis caused by unknown factors. It is one of hard diseases in urology. The condition is long and recurrent, which seriously affects the patient’s physical and mental health and quality of life. Interstitial cystitis is located in the bladder, and is closely related to the liver, spleen, and kidneys. It is mostly based on the deficiency of the spleen and kidney as its root cause, and the dampness-heat of the bladder as its symptoms, often accompanied by liver depression, with blood stasis as its pathological product. This disease is a mixture of deficiency and excess, and in treatment, the priority of the deficiency and excess of the conditionand the priority of the syndrome should be distinguished during treatment. At the same time, the mucosal lesions of interstitial cystitis under cystoscopy, can be included in the category of " internal ulcer" , and treated with traditional Chinese medicine, both internally and externally. The combination of " oral decoction" and " external perfusion" can improve the clinical efficacy of interstitial cystitis.

摘要:The incidence of multidrug-resistant bacteria urinary tract infection is increasing day by day. Professor Jin Jinsong, based on years of clinical experience, concluded that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of kidney qi, dampness and heat embedded in lower coke, and blood stasis and heat intercombination. Deficiency, dampness, heat and blood stasis are the main pathogenic factors and the key to the difficulty of treatment. In the treatment, when the stage treatment, grasp the disease at each stage of the treatment of the key, the standard use of antibiotics, traditional Chinese and western medicine, and pay attention to not hurt the spleen and stomach, solid Yin fluid, clinical treatment effect is quite good.

摘要:This article mainly introduced professor YE Song's clinical experience on treating diaphragmatic spasm of liver-stomach stagnation-heat type. Professor YE Song has been engaged in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine for over 20 years. He is good at the diagnosis, treatment and research of spleen and stomach diseases such as peptic ulcer, chronic gastritis, chronic diarrhea, functional dyspepsia and so on. Professor YE Song believes that although the site of hiccup is the diaphragm, it is mainly responsible for spleen, stomach, liver and lung, among which the ascending and clearing of the spleen and the lowering of the turbid Qi function of the stomach are maladjusted, resulting in the ascending and descending of Qi in the middle Jiao, and the ascending of the turbid Qi, and then it would cause hiccup. Therefore, it is proposed that"the key point of diaphragmatic spasm is to ascend and descend, and the first step for treating diaphragmatic spasm is to soothe the liver". Its self-made formula is based on Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction (旋覆代赭汤) in Treatise on Febrile Disease, maintaining the three core drugs which were Xuanfuhua(Inulae Flos), Daizheshi(Ochre)and Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma). Starting from the purpose of soothing the liver, Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) is added to soothe the liver and regulate Qi, and Zhuru (Bambusae Caulis In Taenias) is added to clear the heat and reduce its reversion, so as to prevent heat from the depression, especially in patients with constipation, the proper amount of Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) should be added to regulate lung Qi. The proper use of drug pairs, such as Tanxiang (Santali Albi Lignum) and Jiangxiang (Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum) is helpful for the recovery of Qi movement of spleen and stomach. There is also the use of drugs with similar natures and tastes, such as Foshou (Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus) and Xiangyuan (Citri Fructus) to enhance the liver and Qi-soothing effect. If the stagnated heat is light, it will relieve heat by itself. If the stagnated heat is heavy, Danpi (Moutan Cortex) and Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) can be added. After being treated by different doctors, Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction can be used in combination with Western medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion to treat diseases such as intractable hiccup and intractable cough, and can also be used solely to treat difficult and complicated diseases such as tic disorder in children, and its clinical use is worthy of further exploration.

摘要:Flatulence and endogenous heat is the core pathogenesis of spleen heat diseases. Due to the differences in constitution and living environment, the main manifestations of it also vary, but the fundamental cause is believed to be eating too much fat and sweet food. To much fat food makes heat evils enter into and accumulate in the interior, while sweet food leads to abdominal fullness and distention over time. On the basis of flatulence, internal heat is metamorphosed, which is manifested as a kind of fire heat, such as damp heat, liver heat, etc., resulting in liver qi to invade the stomach, spreading to the liver, forming liver heat and blood tier, causing blood heat, fire and qi stagnating, thereby causing liver heat, blood heat, and damp heat to accumulate and bind in the interior. Or if the spleen is weak, liver qi may stagnate and bind, which affects the drainage of liver qi, causing the spleen to fail in transportation and transformation, aggravating flatulence and the stagnant liver qi transforming into fire over time, forming internal heat and spreading to the viscera, resulting in liver heat, blood heat, and damp heat to bind and to be intermingled with each other. Clinically, Academician Tong Xiaolin usually uses peony root, unprocessed rehmannia root and golden thread to make up a three-element prescription for "clearing away the intermingled liver heat, blood heat and damp heat" . Combining different disease backgrounds and conditions, Academician Tong Xiaoli usually adds or subtracts the dosages flexibly and accurately, with a result of a good curative effect.
摘要:Professor Deng Gao-pi thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic pelvic pain (CPP) is based on deficiency of healthy qi as primary, with accumulation of dampness-heat and blood stasis as secondary, which belongs to the syndrome of deficiency as primary and excess as secondary. Deficiency of healthy qi is the key to the repeated attack, delayed healing and poor curative effect of the disease. Affected by the geographical environment and eating habits, women's abdominal pain in regions south of the Five Ridges has obvious regional characteristics. According to Professor Deng, the treatment of CPP should focus on strengthening healthy qi and removing pathogens together. For strengthening healthy qi, nourishing spleen and lung is often used, and the commonly-used medicinals include Huangqi (Radix Astragali), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) or Dangshen (Radix Codonopsis), Wuzhimaotao (Ficus simplicissima Lour.), etc. For removing pathogens, methods of clearing away heat and dampness, removing blood stasis and relieving pain are often used, and the commonly-used medicinals include Chonglou (Rhizoma Paridis), Tufuling (Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae), Xuejie (Sanguis Draconis), etc. Professor Deng attaches great importance to "emotional recurrence", "food recurrence" and "labor recurrence", the reaction and nursing after medication, advocates that the medicinals should be stopped as long as they are effective on the disease, and he often uses pastes to consolidate the curative effect.

摘要:Professor Wu Da-hua believes that the external cause of tension headache is wind and dampness blocking orifices, while the internal cause is liver qi stagnation transforming into fire. The main pathogenesis of tension headache is wind and dampness invasion, stagnation of liver qi obstructing brain collaterals which causes pain. Clinically, tension headache can be divided into syndrome of wind and dampness blocking orifices, syndrome of liver qi stagnation, and syndrome of qi stagnation transforming into fire. For syndrome of wind and dampness blocking orifices, the treatment should focus on removing dampness, unblocking orifices, so Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae Headache Decoction removing Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae), Lufengfang (Nidus Vespae) can be used. For syndrome of liver qi stagnation, the treatment should focus on soothing liver and regulating qi, so Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae Headache Decoction removing Yiyiren (Semen Coicis) and Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) while adding Fushen (Sclerotium Poriae Pararadicis), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) and Hehuanhua (Flos Albiziae) can be used. For syndrome of qi stagnation transforming into fire, the treatment should focus on soothing liver and clearing heat, regulating qi and stopping pain, so Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae Headache Decoction removing Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae) while adding Yanhusuo (Rhizoma Corydalis), Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Hehuanhua (Flos Albiziae), and Bohe (Herba Menthae) can be used. Professor Wu believes that the combination of Modified Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae Headache Decoction, and Duliang Soft Capsule, the treatment of tension type headache has a good effect.
摘要:The paper introduced the clinical experience of Professor Wu Xu, a well-known veteran traditional Chinese medicine doctor, in treating interstitial cystitis with" Tongdu Wenyang acupuncture". According to the etiology and pathogenesis of interstitial cystitis, Professor Wu proposed the therapeutic principles and methods under the guidance of the theory of" Tongdu Wenyang", that is, promoting the governor channel, harmonizing the resonance of qi, warming yang, coordinating the conception channel and the governor channel, dredging the belt channel, regulating the liver meridian, along with activating qi and blood. Meanwhile, the focus should be reached and the arrival of qi should be obtained with rectifying and regulating qi during needling. In addition, Professor Wu attached much importance in relaxing the mind, observing and maintaining the spirit, as well as giving psychological counseling during the process of needling, thus dredging the governor channel and yang meridians, harmonizing qi and blood, relieving symptoms and revoering the physiological function of bladder.

摘要:Professor Pan Liqun treats the complication of diarrhea after esophageal cancer surgery with the method of raising yang and lifting the sunken qi. It is believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of diarrhea after esophageal cancer surgery is induced by surgery, which manifests as spleen and stomach damage, the sinking of center qi, a decline of vital gate fire, as well as yang deficiency of spleen and kidney for the long duration. With the weakness of the spleen and stomach as the basis, and marked by the injury by six excesses improper diet and emotions, the syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess often occurs. Deficiency of the spleen and sinking of qi, along with the failure of spleen transportation is the key feature of the disease. The fundamental treatment method should be raising yang and lifting the sunken qi. The prescription should be modified Shengxian decoction based on syndrome differentiation to generate spleen yang harmonize the ascending and descending of spleen and stomach, promote the recovery of spleen transportation, thus cure diarrhea.

摘要:Lichen sclerosus of vulva is a difficult gynecologic disease characterized by severe vulvar itching. The incidence rate has gradually increased in recent years, and relapsed easily, there is no cure method at present. Professor WANG Xiuxia is a doctoral supervisor of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and guidance teachers for academic experience inheritance of the third and fourth groups of TCM experts in China. She has been engaged in gynecology teaching, scientific research and clinical work for more than 50 years and she is good at diagnosis and treatment of gynecological complications, especially for vulvar lichen sclerosus. She had unique insights of it. Adhering to the principle of seeking the root of the disease and giving consideration to both the whole and the part, Professor WANG thinks this disease should be treated from 2 aspects deficiency and excess. She put forward the idea of internal treatment to nourish the liver and kidney, clearing away heat and removing dampness, dispelling wind and relieving itching, and made leukoplakia 1, leukoplakia 2 formula by herself for vulva hip bath, combined with local closure of placental polypeptide, interferon for external use, red light irradiation and other integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and the clinical effect is remarkable. Professor WANG Xiuxia's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosis was deeply analyzed from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs, medication characteristics and typical cases in this paper, so as to provide more references for the treatment of such patients.

摘要:Knee osteoarthritis is one of the common degenerative joint diseases. Professor Zhao Wenhai believes that its etiology is the depletion of essence and qi in the kidney, combined with prolonged overwork, resulting in the poor circulation of blood and qi, evil invasion into the collaterals, and stagnation in the joints. The key of its pathogenesis lies in kidney deficiency, blood stasis and obstruction. Therefore, according to the treatment principle of " the kidney diseases should be treated by treating the bone diseases" , he proposes the diagnosis and treatment method of " tonifying the kidney, promoting blood circulation, and eliminating obstruction" , and is good at using couplet medicines for its treatment on the basis of syndrome differentiation, achieving a good curative effect of strengthening the vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factors.
