        摘要：Hyperandrogenemia (HA) is one of the important endocrine features of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) . On the ba-sis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, combined with the prescription strategy of "state target cause and effect", the author thinks that the core pathogenesis of PCOS-HA is "heat" . According to the idea of "classification-sub-syndrome" and combined with outpatient cases, the scheme of "classification-sub-syndrome differentiation" of PCOS-HA is preliminarily constructed. The heat state of upper, middle and lower triple jiao PCOS-HA is analyzed, and the main points of syndrome differentiation are summa-rized. We put forward the target prescription of regulating hot internal environment-Liangge Powder, Huanglian Ejiao Decoction, Banxia Xiexin Decoction, Zhibai Dihuang Decoction, Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder, and target drugs-Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Copti-dis, Fructus Gardeniae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Radix Rehmanniae Recens, Cortex Phellodendri.
