        摘要：The treatment of mania is the combination of disease and syndrome.The mental illness and symptoms of the patient was investigated,the cause of dialectics was analyzed,traditional Chinese medicine was applied,and satisfactory results were achieved by acupuncture.The seven examples in this article are as follows.Clinical,phlegm fire is mad person occupy a minority,heart fire,irascience is mad person occupy a majority.For the treatment of manias,except for yangming fu and fu,other evidence should be examined and the corresponding evidence should be given.It is not proper to say "madness should be under" ,and "vomit,under can be cured" . Mad disease pathogenic fire,phlegm fire,non-emotional internal injury,the five minds too extreme place.It is the patient’s own endowment of dirty gas easy to be solid,or the positive body of the gas is easy to phlegm and rapid change caused by fire.

        摘要：This paper summarizes Professor DU Wuxun's experience in treating arrhythmia with syndrome differentiation mode based on "mutual promotion, control, restraint and transformation among five zang organs (五脏) ". It is believed that the core pathogenesis of arrhythmia is the decline of center qi, following the non-interaction between the heart and the kidney; fire on top and the dampness in the middle was mostly seen, accompanied by water-cold and wood constraint. Following the core of the pathogenesis and the overall balance concept of five zang organs, it is suggested to take the spleen-stomach axis as the root, clearing and draining the heart-fire, and returning fire to its source. At the same time, the liver should be soothed to relieve the wood, and water be diverted to the fire of the above. Liangui Ningxin Decoction (连桂宁心汤) is formed following the suggested method, which can smooth the qi movement and harmonize the five zang organs.
