        摘要：Objective:To narrate the etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of the treatment of mycosis fungoides (MF) by ZHOU Zhongying (National TCM Master) 's pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxin.Methods:The pathogenesis and the treatment of MF were systematically expounded based on pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxin. We reviewed the current status and difficulties of Western medicine treatment, and discussed the syndrome differentiation thinking of integrated Chinese and Western medicine combined with specific cases.Results:Patients in early stages of MF were treated with skin-directed therapies. While the TCM syndrome differentiation was based on wind-heat type, and the therapeutic method was focused on wind-expelling, heat-clearing, cooling blood and detoxification. Systemic treatment is mainly used in the advanced stage of the disease. The pathogenesis be-longed to a mixture of deficiency and excess, and treated with supplementing qi, nourishing yin, cooling blood and detoxification.Conclusion: Early diagnosis of MF is difficult, and the diagnosis mainly depends on pathomorphology and immune tissue chemotherapy. The comprehensive treatment effect of Western medicine is not satisfactory. TCM treatment combined with the theory of cancer virus pathogenesis, closely focusing on the core pathogenesis in stages, can effectively control symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.

        摘要：Professor YAN Xiaoping believes that the core pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis is kidney deficiency and yang deficiency, the evils of wind, cold, dampness and heat deeply invade the kidney. In the prevention and treatment of AS, Yan Xiaoping attaches great importance to the application of the "treat disease" principle, which is mainly reflected in: 1) AS prevention before disease, mainly advocates helping righteousness, calm spirit, and attaches great importance to health education; 2) AS is both disease prevention and prevention disability. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is based on tonifying the kidney and strengthening the bones and collaterals. According to the syndromes of the internal organs and syndrome differentiation, the addition and subtraction of the drugs can prevent the occurrence of eye disease changes, bone loss, osteoporosis, and hip joint disease in patients with AS, prevent joint deformity and disability. At the same time, we should pay attention to physical exercise and non-drug treatment; 3) prevent relapse after resuscitation. Patients in the recovery period should pay attention to clear mood, light diet, non-smoking alcohol, regular outpatient follow-up, and follow the doctor's advice to adhere to medication to prevent AS recurrence.
