        摘要：Professor WANG Qi combines the theory of traditional Chinese medicine constitution with years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases to put forward the " skin-body correlation theory" . He paid attention to the correlation between the external manifestations of skin diseases and individual constitution, and emphasized the introduction of modern medical evaluation system to compare the efficacy of patients before and after the visit. In the process of treating chronic urticaria with clinical syndromes, the " skin-body correlation theory" is used to guide the treatment. Through the identification of patients' constitution types, the relationship between constitution, syndromes and diseases is found. The skin and body are treated at the same time, and a good clinical effect is obtained, which provides a new idea for the treatment of chronic urticaria in traditional Chinese medicine.

        摘要：Femoral head necrosis is a common disease in orthopedics. It belongs to the category of "bone erosion" and "arthralgia" in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). It not only brings great pain to the patients, but also most of the patients can't escape the fate of femoral head replacement. Therefore, finding an effective conservative method to treat femoral head necrosis has become a difficult problem in the medical field. Professor WANG Jin studied collateral disease theory for several years and summed up his many years of clinical experience. He believes that the basic pathology of femoral head necrosis is based on collateral disease and then develops into bone damage. Based on the analysis of classical TCM theories and modern collateral disease principles, 4 aspects are summarized. That is, "Pay attention to collaterals to promote blood circulation, harmonizing blood and qi, and harmonizing yang to relieve collaterals", "Regulating the heart, treating collaterals from the heart, nourishing the heart and dredging collaterals", "Five zang organs are integrated, and six viscera are regulated to transform bone, so as to generate marrow and dredge collaterals", "Be faithful to TCM, refer to western medicine, learn from western medicine and use it in the clinical practice. so as to apply it scientifically and comprehensively". The treatment of femoral head necrosis was summarized by nourishing collaterals, clearing collaterals, regulating viscera and combining with current medical examination equipment and research. Based on the mechanism of collateral disease theory in the treatment of femoral head necrosis and specific medication rules, it provides new ideas and concepts for the climical treatment of femoral head necrosis.
