摘要:Traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in the treatment of chronic liver disease. In-depth study of the clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver disease based on the classical theory of Treatise on Febrile Disease is beneficial to the understanding and mastery of the classical theory and the clinical application of the classical prescription. Meanwhile, it inspires the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver disease. This paper summarized Professor ZHOU Xiaoling's experience on distinguishing and treating chronic liver diseases from Treatise on Febrile Diseases·Jueyin Disease. Professor ZHOU Xiaoling believes that in the later stage of the development of chronic liver disease, the diseases tend to be intermingled with heat and cold, imbalance of Yin and Yang and frequent death, which coincides with the pathogenesis of Jueyin disease. Professor ZHOU Xiaoling's long-term treatment of chronic liver disease under the guidance of the classical theory of Treatise on Febrile Diseases·Jueyin Disease and prescriptions can often achieve good clinical efficacy, significantly reducing the symptoms of patients and adverse reactions, and significantly improving the quality of life. Principles of treatment should be to clear the upper and warm the lower, harmonize Yin and Yang, warm the meridian to spread cold, nourish blood and remove blood stasis. The representative prescriptions are Mahuang Shengma Decoction (麻黄升麻汤), Wenjing Decoction (温经汤), Danggui Sini Decoction (当归四逆汤), Sini Decoction (四逆汤), etc. The purpose of this paper is to elaborate on Professor ZHOU Xiaolin's experience in the pathogenesis differentiation and treatment of chronic liver disease from Treatise on Febrile Diseases. Jueyin Disease, and to provide evidence for the two cases of Mahuang Shengma Decoc-tion and Wenjing Decoction.

摘要:Chronic heart failure is the terminal stage of a variety of cardiovascular diseases. Its pathological mechanism has not been fully defined, and currently there is a lack of effective treatment plan. This paper systematically expounded Professor HU Zhixi's academic thought and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure from the aspects of syndrome differentiation, treatment methods, case analysis and so on.In the thought of syndrome differentiation, it is put forward that "Qi deficiency and stagnation" is the basic pathogenesis, "Qi deficiency" is the root of the disease, and "stagnation" is the manifestation of the disease, of which the two are cause and effect and promote each other. "Heart-kidney imbalance" is the key link, which pays attention to syndrome differentiation based on the heart and kidney system. The primary disease has hint significance, indicating to take the disease as the outline to carry out syndrome differentiation, and explore TCM syndrome types from the microscopic characteristics. In terms of treatment, it advocates confluence of traditional Chinese and western medicine, simultaneous treatment of disease and syndrome, strictly keep pathogenesis, separate treatment of Yin and Yang, based on the whole body, and coordinating the heart and kidney.Professor HU pays attention to dynamic observation, overall examination, close attention to pathogenesis and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the process of differentiation and treatment, which can effectively delay the progress of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients. His academic thoughts are worthy of in-depth arrangement and excavation.

摘要:Professor LI Naigeng has been engaged in pediatrics formore than 50 years, and has accumulated rich experience in the process of syndrome differentiation and treatmentof children′s spleen and stomach diseases. Nowadays, children often prefer meat to vegetarianism. Professor LIbelieves that eating toomuch meat, fishy and greasy food can easily damage Yin, especially spleen and stomach Yin deficiency. Overeatingmeat, sweet food and fried food are easy to produce gastrointestinal heat stasis and other diseases. In the treatment of children′s spleen and stomach diseases, drugs are based on eliminating pathogenic factors, and dredgingmethod and eliminatingmethod are commonly used. Eliminatingmedicine is good at using Ezhu (zedoary turmeric) and Dahuang (rhubarb) in order to dredge the bowels andmake the evil have away out. Professor LIchose to use Dahuang (rhubarb) according to the efficacy of different processed products, and Dahuang (rhubarb) was divided into three different doses: large, me-dium and small doses. Dahuang (rhubarb) ismainly used for attack in large doses, and tonic in small doses. Professor LIbelieves that all kinds of infantilemalnutrition syndrome are caused by spleen and stomach diseases, and so the treatment is to invigorate the spleen and stomach, and take care of the spleen and stomach during diet. Professor LIis good at treating children′s spleen and stomach diseaseswith external therapy, themethod is simple and the effect is obvious. Professor LI believes that children often suffer from deficiency of Qi and Yin. The causes include blowing air conditioning, eating cold drinks, overeating fat and sweet food, and abusing antibiotics and hormones. Professor LIis good atusing "protecting Yang and benefiting Yin" to treat spleen and stomach diseases in children. This paper summarized Professor LI Naigeng′s clinical experience in the treatment of children′s spleen and stomach diseases, and analyzed Professor LINaigeng′s academic thoughts of "protecting Yang and benefiting Yin" and "gastrointestinal blood stasis and heat theory". One case of typicalmedical cases was attached.

摘要:Professor FENG Ling often treats chronic heart failure from the perspective of "Sanjiao" , and the clinical effect is remarkable. Master FENG believes that although the location of heart failure lies in the heart, it is always Sanjiao. This Sanjiao refers to the solitary organ and the shape of Sanjiao. Sanjiao is the path through which the body's vital energy and water can pass. It is not allowed to circulate in the whole body to perform Qi movement, and cause the body to stop storing water and cause heart failure. Master FENG believes that the pathogenesis of heart failure is the unfavorable Qi movement of Sanjiao. The treatment method is mainly to invigorate the Qi movement of Sanjiao. If it is effective, the medicine of Qi phase of Sanjiao was used to promote Qi and water, and relieve the function of Sanjiao. According to Sanjiao viscera, it nourishes it and helps the Qi movement of Sanjiao. The clinical medication adopts the self-made Lishui Qiangxin Recipe (利水强心方) , which is based on clinical changes. The article is also attached to a case of Master FENG's treatment of chronic heart failure based on "Sanjiao" theory to explain the application of the "Sanjiao" theory in the treatment of chronic heart failure.

摘要:Cancer has become the primary disease endangering people's lives and health.Traditional Chinese medicine plays a more and more important role in the treatment of cancer, and the progress of clinical efficacy needs the continuous innovation of theory.Cancer toxicity theory is a new theory proposed by modern doctors in the treatment of tumors, which is representative.Since it was proposed, it has been constantly improved and developed by doctors, and has become one of the important basic path-ogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine. The main content of cancer toxicity theory includes: cancer toxicity is a strong specific poison caused by the combined action of internal and external factors on the basis of the deficiency of Qi.The pathogenic factor with the characteristics of fierce, changeable benevolence, easy invasion of flow, easy consumption and injury of vital Qi is the ab-normal force that promote the occurrence and development tumors.Based on this, Professor WANG Xiaomin analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis in clinical practice from the aspects of deficiency of vital Qi, variation of kidney essence, stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis, mental disorder and so on.On the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs, the main treatment methods in-clude clearing away heat and detoxifying, fighting poison with poison, and strengthening and detoxifying. The specific drug selec-tion is more suitable for different stages of patients, which has achieved better therapeutic effect and enriched the thinking and scheme of clinical diagnosis and treatment.

"Heat syndrome banned moxibustion, some doctors adhere to this statement, that heat syndrome banned the use of fire needle and moxibustion. In fact, the fire needle and moxibustion not only can "help yang by fire" to fill the deficiency, but also "open the door to dispel evil" to diarrhea, or even "heat to induce heat" ,so that the stagnation of the stagnation of the fire, that is, "fire stagnation arising" meaning. 摘要:Mineral medicinals are heavy in quality, cold in property, astringent in flavor, with strong effect, and are widely used in clinic. Professor YUAN Hongxia is good at applying classical formulas clinically, especially using mineral medicinals with flexible modification. She holds that such medicinals are heavy in quality to tranquilize and descend adverse qi, so as to regulate ascending and descending, are cold in properties to clear and purge depressed heat so as to regulate cold and heat, and are astringent in flavors to astringe and consolidate, so as to achieve the function. Therefore, the formulas are balanced in ascending and descending, mixed in cold and heat, and harmonized in dispersing and astringing.

摘要:Professor Feng Xian-zhang believes that the early onset of chronic urticaria is mainly marked by excess syndrome, and the main causes are wind, cold, heat, phlegm, dampness and blood stasis. In the later stage, deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome, which needs to strengthen healthy qi and dispel pathogens. If wind pathogen is mixed with cold pathogen or heat pathogen, it will become wind-cold syndrome or wind-heat syndrome.Dampness pathogen is a kind of disease, which is easy to combine with heat pathogen to accumulate dampness and heat.If the disease lasts for a long time, the spleen and stomach will be damaged, the spleen deficiency and dampness retention will appear, the dampness and heat will be endogenous, burning the body fluid and causing phlegm.Based on this, Professor Feng has established the treatment methods of"ventilating the lung, dispersing cold, eliminating wind and relieving itching", "clearing heat and expelling pathogens through the exterior, dispersing wind and relieving itching", "pacifying the liver to extinguish wind, soothing the liver and relieving depression".At the same time, Professor Feng stresses that when giving prescriptions, it is necessary to treat according to individual, time, and place.According to the characteristics of the disease, "dispelling wind and relieving itching" is advocated throughout the whole course. In addition to treatment, patients also need to pay attention to the regularity of life and rest, light diet, adjust sleep and regulate mood, so as to promote the recovery of the disease.

摘要:Professor ZHOU Shi-yuan, has extensive professional experience working on the treatment of infertility. According to the steps of "regulating the menstrual cycle, stimulating follicular development, promoting ovulation at right time and choosing the best time to get pregnant", it has been effective increasing the conception rate for clinic patients with infertility by accurately ovulation induction. To make treatment for female infertility, Professor ZHOU initially makes clear causes and pathogenesis of infertility and lays emphasize on regulating menstrual cycle by stages: activating blood circulation to dredge collaterals during menstruation; tonifying the Kidney Qi and replenishing vital essence after menstruation; warming Yang to dredge collaterals and promoting blood circulation during ovulation; based on the principle of promoting both Yin and Yang and tonifying Kidney Yang, making treatments in different stages and putting more emphasis on regulating the functions of liver, spleen and kidney after ovulation. Then she is skilled in integrated treatment of Chinese and Western medicine. As the main feature, she uses herbal medicine with acupuncture to stimulate follicular development and increase the thickness of the endometrial layer at the best time. Finally, she emphasizes to accurately grasp the best time to get pregnant, that is, when the endometrial thickness should reach 8mm or more and the follicles should be between 18 and 25 mm in size for releasing of the egg under the pregnancy guidance. In conclusion, the purpose of this paper is to summarize Professor ZHOU's experience of promotion ovulation and assisted pregnancy which offers reference for clinical treatment for infertility.

摘要:Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP), which is idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, is a relatively common immune hemorrhagic thrombocytopenic disease in childhood. The main clinical manifestations were skin and mucous membrane ecchymosis, epistaxis and tooth bleeding. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are not completely clear. Infection, immunity, genetics and other factors are related to the occurrence of the disease. Professor DING Ying believes that blood stasis is the key to the disease. It is so-called "blood stasis does not go away, and new blood does not grow." According to the pathogenesis and characteristics of the disease, the disease is divided into two stages of evil reality and positive deficiency. The treatment is to clear away heat and cool blood, nourish Qi and Yin and activate blood as the method. Because this disease is easy to delay to develop into chronic course of disease, the pathogenesis is characterized by deficiency and stasis, it also puts forward the important theory of "nourishing blood and activating blood".

摘要:Bronchiolitis obliterans in children is a rare chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with complex pathogenesis and poor prognosis. Based on the theory of underlying pathogenic factors, CHEN Wen-xia believes that the main pathogenesis of the disease is phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals and lung Qi stagnation. Exogenous evil Qi lies in the lung collaterals, consumes the healthy Qi secretly, dissolves phlegm into blood stasis, accumulates in the lung, blocks the airway, and can cause repeated coughing and wheezing. The main location of the disease is lung, involving the liver, spleen, kidney and other organs. It is not only the pathological product, but also the evolution process of pathogenesis. Therefore, it is suggested that the method of resolving phlegm and unblocking collaterals should be taken as the treatment method throughout the whole process. The treatment should be carried out by stages, and eliminate the latent pathogenic factors, eliminate the pathogenic factors and strengthen the body.

摘要:The pathogenesis of sleep disorders in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)roots from"Qi and Blood"disharmony. Chronic illness leads to weakness, overwork, and overthinking. Blood stasis inside the body causes Yin and Blood insufficient, and Heart spirit loss of nourish. Longtime depression transforming into heat and disturbs Qi movement, Yang Qi activity cannot be stabilized, and evil pathogens disturb the mind. Eventually leads to Qi and Blood disharmony. The basic pathogenesis is Qi deficiency and Blood stasis, which means the treatment method is to replenish Qi and activate Blood. Once the Qi and Blood harmonized, the spirit will be kept inward and the mind will be at ease. In the clinic, the self-made prescription Yiqi Tongmai Decoction is used as the basis for the treatment and modified with syndrome differentiation. At the same time, medicine for Heart and Liver nourishing, nerve-soothing, Heart and Kidney nourishing, Heart refreshing and nerve-calming, and the medicine for calming the nerves can be added according to the symptoms.
摘要:The treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF) is mainly focus on warming the heart Yang and replenishing Qi and nourishing Blood. For patients with an ejection fraction above 50%, that is, the HFREF, the Yuxin Tongyang Recipe is the main prescription to adjust, tonifying, nourishing, and replenishing the heart. For patients with ejection fraction below 50%, severe lower extremity edema, limited mobility, inability to lie on their backs, full gastric cavity, etc., Yuxin Huashui Decoction is given to promoting Qi and diuresis, warming Heart, and activating Yang. At the same time, CHF has the characteristics of different syndromes in the four seasons, combined with the four seasons climate characteristics and changes in the patient's condition, the four seasons syndrome differentiation and treatment plan is formed. The four seasons prescriptions of tonifying Heart spring, tonifying Heart summer, tonifying Heart autumn, and tonifying Heart winter were applied to the prescription group, which achieved good clinical effects.
