        摘要：Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a kind of clinical common growth period female reproductive endocrine disor-der. The pathogenesis of PCOS is complex and clinical manifestations are polymorphic. At present, there is no single theoretical sys-tem that can explain all clinical syndromes. Professor HAN Yanhua is the firs their to the old traditional Chinese medicine practi-tioners. She has been in medicine for more than 30 years. She has unique insights into treating gynecological diseases. Proceeding from the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine, professor HAN Yanhua inherited Mr. HAN Bailing's "theory of liver and kidney", and innovatively put forward the theory of "liver controlling Chong and Renmeridians", with particular emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of women's difficult diseases with the liver at the core, and exquisite prescription. In the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS liver stagnation syndrome, professor HAN Yanhua integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. This article discussed her medication, diagnosis and treatment ideas in detail.

        摘要：Professor BAI Changchuan has been engaged in TCM clinical work for more than 50 years. He is a national famous TCM doctor, the winner of the National Outstanding Contribution Award for TCM, and the instructor of inheriting the academic experience of the third, fourth and sixth groups of TCM experts. Professor BAI has rich clinical experience and unique characteristics in syndrome differentiation and treatment. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, he takes drugs according to Zang-Fu organs and channels, Qi and blood, cold and warm, meridians and drug properties. In particular, he attaches great importance to the new use of ancient prescriptions, explores the clinical function and compatibility of new drugs, and considers the dose and efficacy in toxicity application. In addition, academic ideas such as the unification of spleen and stomach caused by stagnation, cold and warm, the localization of triple energizer and Zang-Fu organs, the qualitative analysis of Qi and blood, and the four-stage deficiency and reality set have been gradually formed in academic thoughts, and the classical clinical pathway of TCM has been established, which has achieved good results in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and complex diseases. This paper summarized the characteristics of Professor BAI′s clinical prescription selection, taking the seven methods of strengthening spleen, three Jiao for treating cough, four rules of treating fever, the syndrome differentiation system of "three parties" and "three syndromes" , and the system of quoting scriptures in anatomical regions as examples, in order to provide new ideas for clinical practice, academic inheritance of famous traditional Chinese medicine, inheritance and innovation of TCM theory and application.

        摘要：Since the outbreak of COVID-19, it has caused epidemic in many areas, and there are still no effective targeted treatment measures. In the face of a major epidemic, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine sets up an expert team to support Wuhan for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Clinical observation and summary has found that most patients in Wuhan have lung symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms at the same time. The main disease is the natural epidemic. The nature of disease pathogen is damp, heat and toxin. The pathogenesis is characterized by pathogenic membrane, lung and intestine. Using the theory of "simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine" to carry out clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment can get satisfactory effect. The experience was summarized and reported so as to provide a new train of thought for the treatment of COVID-19 with traditional Chinese medicine.

        摘要：The course of vessel impediment is difficult to heal, and it is easy to recur, which is called stubborn disease. Professor SI Guomin points out the pathogenesis of vessel impediment is due to unhealthy lifestyles of modern people, such as irregular life, improper work and rest, who are in a sub-health state, resulting in deficiency of Qi, insecurity of the interstices. In addition, overeating fat can damage the spleen and stomach, leading to the limbs lose nutrition and reduce immune function. Pathogenic Qi invades the body and stagnates in veins, causing vessel impediment. The disease is located in the vessels, and Yang deficiency and blood weakness are the key to the pathogenesis. From the perspective of Qi and blood, professor SI Guomin differentiates syndromes based on three points of deficiency, heat and blood stasis. The treatment principle is to warm Yang, enrich the blood and dredge collaterals. Professor SI attaches great importance to the treatment methods of taking care of spleen and stomach, clearing heat and cooling blood, and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction (黄芪桂枝五物汤) is selected as the basic prescription in the treatment, with Huangqi (Radix Astragali), Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi), Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) and Zhimu (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae) as the main medicines. The treatment is to invigorate Yang and Qi, benefit Qi and harmonize stomach, resolving Bi syndrome and dredging collaterals, adjusting the drugs according to the patients′condition. Professor SI pays attention to the role of invigorating Qi in clinical practice, and uses Huangqi (Radix Astragali) wisely and in larger dosages. Professor SI believes that Professor SI is active in the process of supplementing Qi, reaching both inside and outside. This article expounded the syndrome differentiation thoughts and medication characteristics of Professor SI in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and introduced a case in detail by using Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction, in order to provide experience and ideas for clinical workers.

        摘要：Famous doctor Huang Yuanyu's theory "soil pivot four organs,qi circle in round" believed that the movement of qi "rising from left to right, mediating miclcile-riao qi" had produced various physiological and pathological changes of human body. This paapeer explains the importance of the circuiation of middle-jiao qi in the pathogenesis of disease and treatment. If the flow is not smooth, a hundred diseases will be born. Gynecological menstrual disease, often for the viscera dysfunction, qi and blood disorders, flow not smooth,affect the Chong Ren Du Channels,and ultimateiy damage the uterus. Based on the theory of "soil pivot four organs,qi circle in round", this paper explores the pathogenic mechanism of gynecological menstrual disease in order to provide a new clinical idea for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of menstrual disease.

        摘要：Professor Wang Canhui of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a well-known Chinese medicine doctor in China. During more than 60 years of clinical and scientific research teachin g, he has formed his own unique thinking and prescription characteristics of syndrome differentiation. Inspired by ancient prescriptions and combined with long-term clinical practice, Professor Wang Canhui created the "invigorating the spleen and benefiting the stomach formula", which has a remarkable effect in the clinical treatment of precancerous gastric lesions. To analyze the invigorating the spleen and benefiting the stomach formula from the aspects of prescription preparation idea, compatibility characteristics, clinical application, to explore Professor Wang Canhui's experience of invigorating the spleen and benefiting the stomach formula in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer for reference.

        摘要：A stomach heat syndrome is common in the onset stage of various diseases such as diabetes and other metabolic diseases, oral in fl ammation, acute gastritis, peptic ulcer, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and so on.Academician Tong Xiaolin often combines gypsum, common anemarrhena rhizome and Sichuan golden thread to treat the syndrome in his clinical practice. Gypsum combined with common anemarrhena rhizome can clear heat without damaging yin and fl uid, while golden thread is especially good for clearing the stagnated heat in the middle jiao. The usual dosage of gypsum in the prescription is 15-30 g, common anemarrhena rhizome is 15-45 g, and Sichun golden thread is 9-30 g. If stomach heat hurts yin, ginseng can be added to bene fi t qi for promoting the production of fl uid. If the body fl uid is severely injured, dendrobium, dwarf lilyturf tuber, fragrant solomonseal rhizome and adenophora can be added. In its clinical application, the prescription should be stopped as soon as the syndrome is cured and should not be taken for a long time.

        摘要：Epimedium herb, morinda root and loquat leaf are the three drugs in a minor prescription used by Academician Tong Xiaolin to treat the senile asthma with the syndrome of lung and kidney deficiency, and good clinical effects have been achieved. The etiology of the disease is manifested by the invasion of superficies by the wind-cold-dampness pathogen, characterized as the root cause of kidney yang deficiency due to the body weakness as one gets old, and the disease is located in the lung, kidney, spleen and stomach, whose treatment should follow the principle of strengthening yang, tonifying the kidney and relieving cough. Academician Tong Xiaolin mostly uses epimedium herb and morinda root to regulate the disease state, to warmly invigorate the kidney yang and consolidate the body resistance, maintaining the kidneys’ inspiration function to relieve asthma. At the same time, he uses loquat leaves to treat the disease target, invigorating the lungs, resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma. Their commonly used dosage is 15 g respectively, and the dosage can be adjusted according to the condition in clinical practice, with the maximum dosage rising up to 30 g. Attention should be paid to the hormones effect of epimedium herb and morinda root.

        摘要：By analyzing the typical case of Professor Li Qi using Xiaochaihu decoction to treat tumors and related complications, this article summarizes Professor Li Qi's clinical experience and academic thought of using Xiaochaihu decoction. Professor Li Qi believes that the condition of tumor patients is complex, the key is to have a subtle insight, be proficient in syndrome differentiation, and hit the pathogenesis. As the representative of "he", the key of using Xiaochaihu decoction is to grasp the meaning of "he" . No matter upper or lower, surface or interior, qi or blood, zang or fu, those who are in disharmony with qi and blood and imbalance of yin and yang can go with it. It should be flexible in clinical practice, so as to improve the quality of life and prognosis of tumor patients.

        摘要：According to the theory of spread of the five internal organs disease of Neijing, Professor YAN Shi-yun thinks that chronic heart failure has the pathogenesis characteristics that the disease is in the heart and it spreads of the five internal organs.First of all, he clarifies the physiological basis and pathological relationship between the heart and the other four organs which often appears as the relationship between heart and lung disease, heart and kidney disease, heart and spleen disease, heart and liver disease.Then he treats chronic heart failure with flexible approach and uncertain law as a therapeutic.It includes the harmonization of yin and yang, and the harmonization of the techniques, the support of the righteous and the elimination of evil, and the application of both general and complementary methods, as well as the complexity of the symptoms and the fact that the prescriptions are not too complicated.The method is expounded from four aspects:treat of heart failure with reinforcing the spleen and stomach, benefiting the kidney, caring for the lung, and strengthens the liver.Therefore, he creates Yanshi Qiangxin decoction that warm the heart and kidney Yang mainly and give consideration to induce diuresis for removing edema as the basic prescription to treat heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome clinically which is a basic and empirical prescriptions.And he inherited the fine tradition of Ding's internal medicine of making good use of pills and medicines in conjunction with each other, while focusing on the regulation of sleep, with his distinctive features of both theory and prescriptions, which are clinically effective.This is a continuous innovation based on the inheritance of classics, which is worth summarizing and promoting.

        摘要：Threatened abortion is a common gynecologic disease, and the traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the category of "fetal leakage", "restlessness of the fetus" and "slippery fetus". Its syndrome differentiation mainly includes kidney deficiency, blood heat, weakness of Qi and blood, and blood stasis, Professor ZHANG Ying-chun is the teacher of the sixth batch of academic inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine, she summarized her clinical experience for many years, consider that the causes of blood stasis after pregnancy include Yin deficiency, heat and blood stasis, Qi stagnation and blood stasis due to cold coagulation and blood stasis, etc., the RI value of uterine artery was monitored by B-mode ultrasound after pregnancy. Professor ZHANG Yingchun, on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, treated the "blood stasis syndrome" of fetal leakage, restless fetal movement and systosis, examined the cause of syndrome, gave the measures of clearing away heat and cooling blood, nourishing Yin and blood, warming the uterus and dispersing cold, and so on, while keeping the fetus stable, she is flexible, proper application of blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs such as Angelica, Chuanxiong, Danshen, Panax Notoginseng, peach kernel, etc.
