        摘要：Professor WANG Qi believes that the pathogenesis of insomnia is the imbalance of yin and yang, disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi.Self-prepared Jiaohe Anhun Decoction(交合安魂汤)is made to blend yin and yang and to reconcile nutrient qi and defensive qi.Seven common syndrome types of insomnia including phlegm-heat obstruction, blood stasis obstruction, yin and blood deficiency, restless of heart and gallbladder, liver stagnation and blood deficiency, liver-stomach disharmony, heart-kidney incompatibility are summarized, and prescriptions are selected based on the syndrome types.The most common physiques for insomnia are qi stagnation and blood stasis.It is proposed that the clinical syndrome is centered on the constitution, combined with body, disease and syndrome differentiation, and flexible treatment.Meanwhile the author emphasizes that the medication time is from 16:00 to 17:00 and 21:00.

        摘要：The author will summarize by learning from the teacher's experience: Professor WANG Weiying emphasizes that wind pathogen is an important factor in the development of allergic purpura, and wind heat damaging meridians is an important pathogenesis of the disease. When treating patients with allergic purpura, treat the disease from the wind, and take care of the manifestations and root causes. It can often obtain good results; at the same time, we should pay attention to the patient's own physical factors to strengthen the awareness of individualized treatment; pay attention to the application of the overall concept and the idea of treating the disease before it arises to alleviate and avoid kidney damage as soon as possible; We should also pay attention to the health education of patients, in order to enhance the patient's medical compliance, and take the doctor and patient as the focus to achieve better treatment results.

        摘要："Differentiation and treatment" is the guiding ideology of traditional Chinese medicine by using principle-method-reci-pe-medicines, and is the basic principle for understanding diseases and treating diseases. Syndrome differentiation is the premise of the treatment. Accurate dialectical, and innocent legislation, can have effective treatment. "Different diseases by the same treat-ment" is amanifestation of syndrome differentiation and treatment. Different syndromes are treated with different scheme. "Shugan Mingmu Decoction" is the self-made prescription by Mr. ZHANG Huai'an, a famous ophthalmologist in Hunan. Director XIE is the second generation of Mr. ZHANG Huai'an (see ZHANG Jian Ophthalmology Cases) . The prescriptions are widely used in various diseases of ophthalmology. One prescription is for different diseases and the effects are quite good. This paper takes the application of Shugan Mingmu Decoction in ophthalmology as an example to explain the prescription significance of Shugan Mingmu Decoction and further understand the thought of "different disease with the same treatment" embodied in it.
