        摘要：Sjogren's syndrome is a difficult disease. Western medicine mainly uses symptomatic and immunosuppressive treatments, but its therapeutic effect is not stable enough and long-term medication brings many side effects. At present, people are exploring more medical treatment methods. In this paper, the use of Maimendong decoction for the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome has achieved good results. It reflects the important role of its prescription in difficult diseases, especially the combination of Maimendong and medicinal detoxification herb of Scutellaria, to obtain some clinical experience for the treatment of this disease.

        摘要：There are no effective treatments for non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. This article has compiled the fifth batch of national famous old Chinese medicine practitioner TIAN Jinzhou's clini-cal experience in treating non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease. It is found that raise the clear and direct the turbid downward methods is effective for non-motor symptoms such as constipation, fatigue and insomnia. The method of raise the clear and direct the turbid downward and the prescription rules are summarized to share with the peer.
