        摘要：Liver injury caused by anti-tumor drugs is one of the main causes of drug-induced liver injury. Chief Physician Zhang Linjun has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 30 years. He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of liver injury caused by malignant tumors and anti-tumor drugs in TCM. Director Zhang Linjun believes that the adverse reactions of anti-tumor drugs are foreign drug toxicity". The drug toxicity injures the vital energy, damages directly the liver or the spleen and stomach, and causes abnormal dispersion of the liver and transportation of the spleen, dampness and intrinsic contained, heat conversion of the dampness stagnancy, and umigating the liver and gallbladder with dampness and heat, Steaming liver and gall with damp heat makes the liver injury. The first priority f treatment is softening the liver and invigorating the spleen, preventing diseases before they occur, so as to enhance the resistance of the iver and spleen to the pathogens of drugs and poisons. Clinically, syndrome differentiation and treatment is basis of constitution of dampness nd heat, the prescriptions and syndromes are relative.
