Sjogren's syndrome is a difficult disease. Western medicine mainly uses symptomatic and immunosuppressive treatments, but its therapeutic effect is not stable enough and long-term medication brings many side effects. At present, people are exploring more medical treatment methods. In this paper, the use of Maimendong decoction for the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome has achieved good results. It reflects the important role of its prescription in difficult diseases, especially the combination of Maimendong and medicinal detoxification herb of Scutellaria, to obtain some clinical experience for the treatment of this disease.
