摘要

癌痛严重影响患者的生活质量。中医认为疼痛源于“不通则痛”和“不荣则痛”。不同研究者对癌痛患者进行辨证论治，或温阳祛寒，或活血化瘀，或祛痰化浊，或理气行气，或温阳益气，或滋阴养血，均获良效。著名肿瘤专家王沛教授提出了癌性疼痛的外用治疗三大法则，即温通、行气、活血化瘀，在选药上注重以温通为主。胡凯文教授在其“温通”指导原则下总结出丁香止痛膏，全方共奏温通解毒通络、行气活血止痛之功，临床运用多年，对于癌痛，尤其是肿瘤中晚期阳虚患者，疗效颇佳。

Abstract

Cancer pain seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Although the promotion of NCCN cancer pain guidelines has greatly promoted the standardized treatment of cancer pain, the side effects of treatment are dif⁃ficult to avoid.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that pain is caused of being blocked or deficiency syndrome.Different researchers had conducted syndrome differentiation and treatment on cancer pain patients, applying differ⁃ent methods of warming yang and removing cold, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, removing phlegm and removing turbidity, regulating qi and promoting qi, warming yang and replenishing qi, nourishing yin and nourishing blood.All had achieved good results.Professor Wang Pei, a well-known oncologist, has rich experi⁃ence in treating cancer-induced pain.He put forward three major rules of external treatment of cancer-induced pain, namely warming and dredging, activating qi, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis.Warming and dredging is very important on the choice of medicine.,Dingxiang Zhitong Paste, been summed up by Professor Hu Kaiwen based on warming and dredging, has been used clinically for many years and has a good effect on can⁃cer pain.This prescription has played the power of warming and detoxifying and dredging collaterals, invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.Especially for patients with yang deficiency in the middle and late stages of tumor, the curative effect is quite good.
