摘要

急性心肌梗死（AMI）与动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（ASCVD）同属中医学“胸痹”范畴，中医学将其病理因素归结于“瘀”和“痰”，在疾病发展过程中互为因果。ASCVD为导致AMI发生的重要原因，近年来发现，由AMI逆向加速导致的ASCVD发病率逐年提高，印证了中医学“痰瘀互生”理论。本文从“痰”“瘀”的病理关系、中医“痰瘀同治”治法等方面对这一问题展开论述，并附病案1则以供参考。

Abstract

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) both belong to the category of "chest pain" in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). TCM attributes the pathological factors of "chest pain" to "stasis" and "phlegm", which are mutually cause and effect in the development of the disease. ASCVD is an important cause of AMI. Besides, it has been discovered that the incidence of ASCVD caused by the reverse acceleration of AMI has been increasing year by year, which confirms the theory of "mutual growth of phlegm and blood stasis" in TCM. This article discusses these points from the pathological relationship between "phlegm" and "blood stasis", the treatment of "phlegm and blood stasis" in TCM, and attaches a medical record for reference.
