摘要

目前用于治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的手段多样，但仍有部分患者的临床症状不能得到有效改善，基于血运重建术后患者的病理生理变化及脉中积的相关理论，考虑与中医学络脉致病的特点相关，应用“风药”进行治疗后效果良好，故试论“风药”用于治疗冠脉血运重建术后胸痛的作用机理。笔者认为“风药”可发挥一药多效的作用，并与常规的活血化瘀药物功效不同，既可与处方中其他药物相伍发挥协同增效的作用，又可在一定程度上表现出燥湿化痰、化瘀通络等效果。

Abstract

At present, there are various methods for the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, but the clinical symptoms of some patients cannot be effectively improved. Based on the pathophysiological changes of patients after revascularization and the related theory of the accumulation of veins, and considering the characteris⁃tics of the pathogenesis of collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine, the application of"wind medicine"has a good effect after treatment. Thus, in this study, the mechanism of action of the"wind medicine"used to treat chest pain after coronary revascularization was discussed. It is believed that"wind medicine"can play multi-effects as a single drug, which was different from the conventional drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and could be combined with other drugs in the prescription. The synergistic effect could also show the ef⁃fects of drying dampness and removing phlegm, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals to a certain extent.
