摘要

急性踝关节损伤作为一种临床常见的运动损伤，门诊接诊率比较高，但由于急性损伤早期很多患者没有得到及时、有效、合理的处置而发展为陈旧性损伤从而给生活带来诸多不便。本文鉴于目前急性踝关节损伤国际上流行的冰敷疗法，提出异议，并给予热敷疗法的相关治疗经验供大家进行学术探讨。

Abstract

Acute ankle injury, as a common clinical exercise injury, has a relatively high outpatient admission rate. However, many patients in the early stage of acute injury did not get timely, effective and reasonable treatment and developed into old injury, thus bringing a lot of inconvenience to life. In view of the current international popular ice compress therapy for acute ankle joint injury, this article raises objection and provides relevant treatment experience of hot compress therapy for academic discussion.
