CHEN Da-can's Clinical Experience in Treating Neurodermatitis
Professor CHEN Da-can's clinical experience in the treatment of neurodermatitis was summarized. Professor believes that the disease is closely related to the liver in the early stage, and the treatment focuses on the treatment from the liver. The syndrome of chronic hypertrophy belongs to spleen dampness and blood stasis. "Sanzhu Santeng"is the main method to invigorate the spleen and remove dampness, activate blood circulation, remove blood stasis and dredge collaterals. In clinical medication, we should select the flavor according to the pathogenesis, give full play to the efficacy of the drug, add and subtract flexibly, so as to achieve the purpose of less taste but good effect.
