摘要

郑绍周教授认为，伏毒是一种复杂的致病因素，具有伏藏机体某处，复发缓解交替，导致病情复杂多变、缠绵难愈的特点，多发性硬化病情反复与之密切相关。基于此，郑教授提出伏毒伏于髓内是多发性硬化的核心病机，补肾和祛毒是治疗多发性硬化的两种基本治法。临床过程中，郑教授在辨证论治基础上，运用以补肾为本，并透邪解毒和涤痰化瘀法治疗多发性硬化，内补其虚以固本，外驱其伏毒以治标，通过逐步调节人体紊乱的免疫系统，使之恢复平衡，达到减少复发的目的。

Abstract

Professor Zheng Shaozhou believes that voltaic toxicity is a complex pathogenic factor, with relapse and remission alternately, resulting in complex and changeable disease, which is lingering and difficult to heal. The disease of multiple sclerosis is closely related to it. Based on this, Professor Zheng proposed that the Fu Du (hidden toxin) being in the medulla is the core pathogen of multiple sclerosis, and kidney tonic and detoxification are the two basic treatment methods for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. In the clinical practice, on the basis of dialectical treatment, Professor Zheng uses Kidney supplementation as the basis, and through the evil detoxification and sputum purification method to treat multiple sclerosis. By internal supplementation of its weakness the root (Zheng Qi) is consolidated, and by external driving of its voltaic poison to treat the symptoms. By gradually regulating the human body's disordered immune system, the balance of yin and Yang can be restored and the purpose of reducing its recurrence can be achieved.
