摘要

成肇仁教授提出从气血辨治多寐的思路，认为多寐多由气血懈惰、功能不足所致，或气失温煦，血虚失养，神失温养；或气血停滞，痰湿瘀血内生，蒙蔽清窍，神失所用，则倦怠嗜卧。气之懈，具体分为卫气亏虚、脾气虚弱、肝气郁结和阳气虚衰；血之惰，分为血虚和血瘀。治疗上分别采取调和营卫、补益气血、调畅气血和温阳散寒，以恢复气血功能，使阴阳调和，并提倡早期预防调治。

Abstract

Professor Cheng Zhaoren put forward the idea of treating somnolence from the differentiation of qi and blood, and believed that somnolence was mostly caused by the slackness of qi and blood with insufficient function. Qi loses the function of warming and blood deficiency loses the function of nourishment, thus spirit loses warm and nourishment; Stagnation of qi and blood results phlegm dampness and blood stasis, blinding orifices, and losing the use of thespirit. In this way, it will produce the disease of burnout and prone to lying. The slackness of qi is specifically divided into deficiency of Wei qi, weakness of spleen qi, stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of yang Qi. The slackness of blood is divided into blood deficiency and blood stasis. In treatment, we should harmonize Ying and Wei, replenish qi and blood, regulate qi and blood and warm yang to disperse cold, so as to restore the function of qi and blood, reconcile yin and yang, and advocate early prevention and treatment.
