摘要

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称“冠心病”)患者睡眠障碍病机根本在于“气血”，虚弱久病、思虑劳倦过度，血瘀于内致阴血不足、心神失养，郁久化热扰动气机、阳气活动不能安定、邪扰心神，气血不相协调。基本病机为气虚血瘀，故以益气活血为基本治法，使气血阴阳调和则精神内守、心神得安。临床中以自拟方益气通脉汤(党参、黄芪、丹参、红花、鬼箭羽、郁金、枳壳、片姜黄等)为基础，辨证加减用药治疗。同时随症加用养心肝安神药、重镇安神药、养心肾安神药、清心安神药、敛气安神药。

Abstract

The pathogenesis of sleep disorders in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)roots from"Qi and Blood"disharmony. Chronic illness leads to weakness, overwork, and overthinking. Blood stasis inside the body causes Yin and Blood insufficient, and Heart spirit loss of nourish. Longtime depression transforming into heat and disturbs Qi movement, Yang Qi activity cannot be stabilized, and evil pathogens disturb the mind. Eventually leads to Qi and Blood disharmony. The basic pathogenesis is Qi deficiency and Blood stasis, which means the treatment method is to replenish Qi and activate Blood. Once the Qi and Blood harmonized, the spirit will be kept inward and the mind will be at ease. In the clinic, the self-made prescription Yiqi Tongmai Decoction is used as the basis for the treatment and modified with syndrome differentiation. At the same time, medicine for Heart and Liver nourishing, nerve-soothing, Heart and Kidney nourishing, Heart refreshing and nerve-calming, and the medicine for calming the nerves can be added according to the symptoms.
