摘要

声带白斑是耳鼻喉科常见疾患，胡陟教授临证四十余载，对喉系疾病治疗具有丰富经验。基于喉之特殊“机关”构造等因素，胡陟教授认为湿毒与声带白斑发生发展密切相关，是声带白斑发病的重要病理因素，后者的发展经历了“湿生→痰瘀→气耗→癥瘕”的变化规律，故升清降浊、祛湿通痹是化解搏结咽喉湿毒的重要治则。

Abstract

Vocal cord leukoplakia is a common otolaryngological disease.Professor HU Zhi, engaged in clinical work for more than 40 years, has extensive experience in the treatment of larynx diseases.Based on the special "gear" structure of the larynx, Professor HU holds that damp toxin is closely related to the occurrence of vocal cord leukoplakia, and is an important pathogenic factor.The development of the leukoplakia follows the order of "dampness generation—phlegm stasis—qi consumption—local mass" . Therefore, lifting the clear and lowering the turbid, removing dampness and unblocking impediment is an important therapeutic principle for resolving damp toxin accumulating in the larynx.
