摘要

国医大师夏桂成教授根据六阳理论，指出子宫内膜异位症的病机关键为“阳虚瘀结”，治疗不仅要活血化瘀、调经止痛，还要顺应女性的生理周期规律进行调周治疗，尤其须重视经间期的阴阳转化和经前期的重阳延续、六阳到位，以维持患者体内阴阳的动态平衡，为子宫内膜异位症的治疗提供新思路。

Abstract

According to the theory of "six yang", Professor Xia Guicheng, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, pointed out that the key to the pathogenesis of endometriosis is "yang deficiency leading to stasis obstruction". On top of that, he considered that the treatment should not only promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and regulate menstruation to relieve pain, but also follow the female physiological cycle by using sequential therapy of regulating cycle. In conclusion, the particular attention must be paid to the transformation of yin and yang during inter menstruum and the continuation of extreme yang and the reaching of six yang during the premenstruum to maintain the dynamic balance of yin and yang in the patient's body, which provides a new idea for the treatment of endometriosis.
