摘要

通过临床跟诊，收集病例资料学习，并进行分析整理、归纳程红亮主任医师关于颈性眩晕的“调和气血、温阳通络”治疗大法和“辨证、辨经、辨位、辨病”的学术思想、独特的取穴思路以及“针、灸、药合用”的临床经验。结合验案说明，程师治疗本病时在“调和气血”的基础上，提出“辨证论治、首重气血”“辨经论治、通调督任”“辨位论治、突出‘筋骨肉’”“结合辨病、四法合一”学术思想，善于“针、灸、药”三者合用，并配合百会穴压灸，常疗效甚佳。程师诊治颈性眩晕思路独特、方法多样而简便廉效，常达到较好的疗效，值得在临床中推行和运用。

Abstract

Through clinical diagnosis, study cases of information collection, analysis and sorting, summarizes Cheng Hongliang director of cervical vertigo"Harmonize Qi and blood, warm Yang and dredge collaterals"solution treatment and"Syndrome differentiation, meridian differentiation, position differentiation and disease differentiation"of academic ideas, unique find ideas and clinical experience of"Combined use of acupuncture, moxibustion and medicine"and combining with test case description. Miss cheng in the treatment of the disease on the basis of"Harmonizing qi and blood", put forward"Treatment based on syndrome differentiation, valuing Qi and Blood first", "Distinguish the classics, discuss governance, and conduct general supervision and appointment", "Distinguishing position and treating, highlighting＇muscles and bones＇", "Combining disease differentiation and four Methods in one"academic thought. He is good at combining acupuncture, moxibustion and medicine with baihui acupoint pressure moxibustion, which often has a very good effect. The method of diagnosis and treatment of cervical vertigo is simple, simple and effective, which is worth promoting and applying in clinic.
