摘要

风湿病反复不愈者，多与早期失治、误治，以致日久痰瘀互结，经络气血运行不畅，或是阳气亏损太过，累及肝肾，耗伤正气有关，故出现局部关节、肌肉等肿胀、疼痛、麻木频繁发作的症状。对于已进展到疾病后期的难治型痹证，周小青教授遵循古方，以独活寄生汤为主方，却又未拘泥于经典，在原方的基础上临证加减，或强活血补血以除痹痛，或用温阳散寒之品附子以祛寒邪等。以下将详细介绍周教授论治难治型痹证的临床经验，并分享病案一则，以飨同仁。

Abstract

Rheumatism repeated no more and more with the early loss of the crisis. And becoming of phlegm-blood stasis after a long time. Which making qi-blood circulation blocked, or the sun be the spirit loss too much, involving the liver and kidney. Consumption of vital qi, so the local joint swelling pain, and numbness of frequent attacks symptom such as muscle to have progress to disease treatment of refractory type. In the later time, Professor Zhou Xiaoqing follow the viewpoints, give priority to of Duhuo-jisheng soup, but not limited to the classics, on the basis of the original party card to add and subtract, or stronging invigorate the circulation of blood in addition to the certification of pain, or using this product of aconite to remove cold cold evil and so on. The following is a detailed introduction of Professor Zhou's clinical experience on the treatment of refractory arthralgia and a medical record to share with colleagues.
